Ptichka Dolls by Irina Kuzina

Since there is no thread for this doll I will start one with my new girl from Irina Kuzina! She's about 30 CM. She comes fully sueded and you can get one blank with eyes or get a face up, body blushing and add a wig! Her wigs are so well made too, I can't understand how they can be so fine and soft! Anyway I hope others will post their new dolls here in this thread too! She has instagram if you want to see more of her dolls.

Hi! I had Lora and she wore some of the larger blythe dresses, and I really can't remember what else she wore! But the sleeves need to be bigger so her hands fit through.

 

Oops you asked about shoes not clothes! lol There is a girl in Russia ? I think she makes some shoes/boots to fit and I think maybe a few others do too now. Instagram would be the place to search I think.

 

I posted about clothes to the wrong person! I had this doll and I had her wearing a blythe dress, just have to make sure the hands fit through the sleeves/cuffs. Not sure what else of blythe fit her, but I think you can search Instagram for others who have the doll and see what they put on them.

I think as of now she is only selling to her country, no worldwide pre orders yet. If you have a friend in Russia you can ask them to try the next time she opens one up. Seems she was doing August and then late January in the past for her orders, but that could change. She will post on her IG the dates.

 

Yes the chocolate one is beautiful! And even if you had a friend their chances of getting one is slim! Keep checking second hand market is the best option or put a WTB out there? You never know!

 

I don't think she does, but I would think if she is doing another it would be soon, but she hasn't posted anything on there. Maybe she posts to the VK sites? Not sure how to get on those, but several people are on there, I think it's for Europe but you can join.

 

Ahhh funny story, I had sold my original Lora when I obtained the earlier one, and as luck would have it, I was able to buy Lora back! So I have had her back I think two years now. I also was lucky to snag another in the last preorder she did that was open to US. She's in the vanilla resin tone, and still in her box! I haven't decided what to do with her... the dolls keep piling up here,,, lol Eventually I will decide to get her a face up, or let her go. Just not there yet. I need to get her out and peek at her again!

 

I know, it was crazy weird because she had her listed for a month and then I wrote her and others had written her? I don't think she knew it was me buying her back, And that was right when the pre order had just happened? It really was true dolly magic luck!

 

I will let you know! I was really wanting the lightest color, Light. This Vanilla I feel isn't as light color resin as I was hoping.

 

Same, don't use that type of payment. Oh well, will be happy with my two! Maybe in 6-8 months there will be some on the marketplace? Maybe I will find someone to trade for light resin? IDK Need to get her out of her box and look at her!

 

I am curious as to how it works, I have heard of it but never actually researched what it is. I heard "rumor" that IG won't work anymore for Russia next March. Not sure if that's true or not, and perhaps maybe Paypal may end for the ones who have access to it. That's the likely reason she is not allowing layaways as the dolls won't arrive until after March 2024? I really don't know all facts and this could be just hear say also. I guess you could ask Irina if you are familiar with crypto? Hopefully you will be lucky to get one!!

 

My accountant says a big fat NO to crypto! lol -- I have my two so I am good for life. I love my Lora's and I am lucky to have the earlier one by her with handpaint eyes.

 

Three is a collection!!! lol I was lucky to get one the last pre order where she did accept Kofee too. That was so easy to pay. Supposedly they sold out in 30 seconds the last pre order that was only for Russia. Noon in Moscow is 4 AM my time when the sale begins, so I will be sound asleep... I love the tan, I think she calls it Cappuccino?
I have a normal skin which was wigged and painted by Irina, it was one of her earliest Lora, when she sold them on Esty, then I coveted a Vanilla. I almost sold her, and she has been in the box, I guess over a year now. But decided to take her out and just sprayed her yesterday!
I wish I could send her to you to paint! I adore your artistry and love your photos! Keep them all!!! The darker color looks amazing in a carrot or deep carrot long wig.

 

I am not sure about them being hand cast? I will look into that. She is a treasure and I didn't realize I have a collection too!!
But I have the same feeling to be greedy wanting another but I would like that cappuccino or mocha color... I enjoyed your Lora photo shoot and I always enjoy reading your little stories under each photo, so thoughtful and creative! Will wish for Lora's for anyone who is hoping for her this week!!

 

Did anyone get lucky this last pre order Nov 15th?? I submitted my application and thought I didn't get one, and this afternoon, 3:20 pm EST I got the email that I had in fact gotten one! I ordered the cappauccino.
