Problems with KiraKira / FlowersUnion

over two and a half months ago someone named Sin from FlowersUnion/KiraKira responded that they got my order for a CoCo Tribe Ricci, she had been replying to my emails promptly until recently (I had asked for an update at the 2 month mark, and also needed to change my shipping addy). It's been a few days with no reply and they said my doll would be done by now. It's fine if it's not done, but I'm worried about the lack of communication especially since kirakiraus.com is down. I did see flowersunion.com/eng/ this is up, but there was no link to it, I only found that link in the DOA forums.

anyone else having issues with KiraKira recently?

This was my first time ordering from them... is this normal?

Update on my CocoTribe Ricci. The email history:

- I ordered her about 4 months ago (May 2nd).
- Then on June 13th I asked for an update.
- They replied on June 16 saying she needed "2 more weeks."
- I asked for another status update on July 6th and 12th.
- No reply, so I contacted them on flickr because of the info in this thread.
- They replied on July 25th saying sorry there is a delay.
- Aug 5th I asked for an update, on Aug 9th they said "she is in makeup, will ship soon."
- On Aug 21st they emailed me asking for my phone number for shipping and also said "tomorrow the doll ready to send."
- I replied immediately with my phone number. That was 10 days ago!
- 4 days ago I emailed saying "did she ship?" ... no reply.
- I emailed just now saying I am pissed off and WHERE IS MY DOLL.
- I also messaged Sin on flickr just now. Hopefully I will get some kind of update...

(at time of purchase the estimate was 45 days, at most)

Still no ricci... 4 months and counting.

 

Sin just replied to my flickr message... last time I did that she replied to the emails finally. Hopefully I will get an answer.

I'm just annoyed that ten days ago they said "she is shipping TOMORROW"... and then nothing. *pulls hair*

 

Last night Sin finally emailed me and said that my doll shipped today, and that she would get me the tracking number... I woke up to no email with tracking number.

Normally I'd give it one more week and see if the doll just shows up, but I feel like I've been yanked around enough already, and deserve my tracking number. If they are going to keep me on the hook and make claims that it's "ready to ship" and then two weeks later say "she shipped today" ... coincidentally when I complain... I need the proof that she really did ship.

edit: oh also... it might have been a language barrier issue, but she said something about "the new items" ... did my doll take a long time because something got messed up and they had to do a "new" one?... ugh, this is so nerve wracking... I've never had a bad dolly experience like this before.

 

2 days since they said my doll shipped, still no tracking yet, and I'm getting the silent treatment again.

 

Still no reply about tracking number, and I've emailed her 3 times for it.

I threatened a dispute this time.

The last I heard from her was 4 or 5 days ago saying the doll shipped and she would have my tracking for me that same day.

 

Ok... she finally gave me the tracking. Ricci should be here by Monday unless customs takes a long time with her. Here's to hoping she arrives all right.

 

My Ricci arrived! She is perfect! Size, skin color, body type, quality of makeup etc, all spot on.

Only one problem... they didn't send her with the outfit that was supposed to come with her, that I paid for (easter event).

*SIGH*... now to deal with this. At least the important part is here... the doll.

My 17cm Ricci turned out to be WAY bigger than I thought. I was expecting a tiny little thing, and she's huge. lol I'm happy with this though... but I need to figure out what clothing she can wear.

Forgot to mention here that they did eventually send me my outfit for ricci, plus a free outfit. The free outfit was actually cuter than the original one.
