Wait Times Problem with ndoll

Hello everyone, I have problem with ndoll.net ... I purchased Souldoll Kid Body on October 6th.. but Now, November 16th, I never get any update from them... The status of my item still "doll preparing" , Everytime I send them a message/email asking about my item, They never reply it... ( well, I sent 6 email until now )
Has anyone get this problem when bought item/doll in ndoll?
