I ordered my Sleetwealth Briar on November 6 with the default face-up. According to the website, she should have been ready to ship in three weeks. It's been over a month now, and I haven't heard anything about when she will be shipped since I ordered her. I've emailed [email protected] a couple of times but haven't heard back. I getting a little concerned. Should I be worried? What should I do? Thanks in advance!
I wouldn't worry. Catrina is really busy most of the time, so it can take a little while for her to respond to emails. If you don't hear from her by the end of the week, you can always try calling Dollfair directly.

I apologise, it's partly my fault. I painted several heads and mailed them back to Dollfair, but I didn't notify Dollfair that I had shipped them. About a week later Catrina asked if I had shipped them, and I told her that I had... and we were surprised to find that they had been just been sitting at the post office. Their postal carrier held them at the post office without leaving any kind of slip to notify them that they had arrived. As for the rest, I'm not sure!

The emails just didn't reach us, so for whatever reason, we apologize for the problem. We have received the heads from Armeleia, and will be getting your doll out to you today. Darkmothflame, your comments are misleading and unfortunate-- these dolls are not sent from Korea, and we are responsible for the timing on them. In your previous orders, I was at the mercy of overseas problems and everyone did the best they could. i only linked to the thread to show that dollfair's communication has always been subpar. if you read my comment i said that i believed you cast the dolls yourself so that the dolls come directly from you, but that still is no excuse for your poor communication that has existed for a long time.
