Lost/Damaged Problem with Doll Family / jeeryama

    1. for Christmas someone bought me a normal pink LINGFENG doll from doll family off of a dollfamily seller on ebay (and Ive ordered off the seller before and she has good feedback on here too and she is helping me alot I'd just like to know if there is anything i could do)

      now heres the problem, my normal pink doll kinda looks like he has a suntan, and his one hand is broken so i contacted the seller and got sent a new pair of hands. the hands i got are a really nice peacy pink colour like the picture of LINGFENG on all the websites and they do not match my doll at all. so i emailed her picture and found that my doll is yellow in photos... and she said that they changed the colour of the resin and i they'll send me another pair of hands. so i got another pair of hands today which are the same as the other ones that have come before and Ive just emailed her back.

      i just really don't know what to do now...

      the last doll i bought was a soom io wind walker so this has kinda put me off of getting another doll, for a while at least

    2. After another two pairs of hands that dont match my doll, i have emailed the company 3 times with no reply and i have also sent the fingers and his hand to an address that is suppose to be the companys address, i've had his fingers back but not his hand.
      She has not emailed me saying they dont make the colour no more if it was a disscontinued colour what am i suppose to do now?

    3. ooh im so sorry to hear that your having trouble with your doll family doll, i own 4 of their dolls.
      the pink skin is not a match to the yellow at all, its quite a shade difference. the yellow skin is very like volks / luts normal skin colour.

      as far as im aware they have not changed their colours since they started, if you purchased through jeeryama they are normally excellent at resloving issues, email them again and explain to them that this not what you expected and how disapointed you are and see if that helps
