Problem with BJDivas

    1. Last 3 years I have been ordering my Luts Male dolls plus wigs, clothes, and boots. I went with them because they offer long layaway which is what I needed. Up to now I got my 3 Luts dolls, 1 wig, 1 pant and 1 shirt.

      I'm still missing 2 wigs, 2 pants, 3 boots, 2 shirt ( I believe this is it ) But I have gotten nothing. Every time I emailed BJDivas , they said luts did not ship to them. I mean its been 2 years how come nothing?

      I was told months ago that they have 1 wig, 1 boots and 1 shirt or pant in their store but waiting for the rest so can ship to me together. I got tired of waiting and email them 3weeks ago to ship whatever they have that is mine. So they give me a UPS tracking number so far that UPS number has not been working for the last 2 weeks. I emailed again asking for a working UPS number and get no reply.

      Is anyone having same issue as me with BJDivas and luts? I really don't have any idea what to do now . I am happy that I got my boys but majority of time they are naked.

    2. I assume the UPS number isn't working because UPS has not picked the order up yet... which night also mean that they haven't actually packed the order yet. I also had to wait a long time after getting the initial tracking for things to start moving, and they only notified me of the condition of my purchase several weeks after I had received the tracking number, so that must have been when they first looked into the box. 2 weeks to a month's wait for in-stock to ship out from them seems to be quite common sadly.

    3. As far as I know, since I actively used them currently. BJDivas is an active lawsuit with Dollshe (STILL WAITING ON MY DOLL!).An active member got sick and assistantship is at an all time low. They are continuing business just at a lower capacity. At the time, be patient, send them a 1 time email containing all your concerns. State what you want handled in clear detail with links and a copy of your invoice. Spamming them with messages only puts you back lower of the que of emails. Good Luck!

    4. Thank you everyone who commented. Bjdivas knows about my issues since years ago and the only answer I get is waiting for luts to ship to them. They said I should not contact luts because it will cause more confusion. I won’t ever order from them again.

      I even bought some shoes and wigs from luts so my boys will at least have some wig and shoes to wear and those ship to me really fast from luts. So I don’t understand why I’m not getting some of my orders ship to bjdivas. At this point I’m not sure it’s luts problem it’s more like bjdivas organizing problem. They can’t take money and make you wait for years to get items

      This is my first time having issues with a store , only thing I’m happy is my boys that I am able to purchase bec of the long layaway.

    5. Ok I understand that. Im still waiting on DF-H to ship my stuff to BJDivas. 1 year later. I just stay on them to BJDivas to stay on them. Mind you I only ordered parts, not even a whole doll.

    6. I got my boys pretty fast after paying full, but each time I get my boy, I am missing the wig, shirt, pant and shoes. I thought ok I am getting my doll so the rest will come eventually and so I continue ordering for another boy hoping the missing items will arrive same time as my new boy. This continue up to my 3rd boy and the missing items still not included with the doll. I stop ordering after.

      I really want to ask for refund now on those missing items. I rather use those money from refund and order new items at luts.

    7. BJDivas is definitely one of those companies I've been hesitant to use because I've heard so many stories like this. I have used them twice now, once to order shoes which arrived quite quickly, and another time to order a doll part (still waiting, but within a normal window).

      That being said, I have had to wait nearly a year with another vendor after purchasing accessories because the company the clothing item came from had yet to ship. I fear that this sometimes happens and just holds the whole order up. Very annoying, but little you can do if it's policy not to ship until all items are received. I hope you receive your items soon and do not have to experience this problem in the future.

    8. I have very little good to say about Divas, but I wanted to chime in the shipping problem. I have also had orders arrive in parts, wrong orders and forgotten orders and have experienced this tracking issue multiple times. At some point I will officially post my review of what happened on my end, but the main problem is them telling people it shipped when it hasn't and then giving reasons such as the carrier hasn't scanned it. Which, as far as I know, is impossible. Again as far as I'm aware, carriers do not have limits to what they pick up and if they did, it still wouldn't take a month plus OR Divas would inform us of the process and why that is, since they sometimes do that. No carrier would have items sitting around without being accounted for in some way since that would be a liability on their end.

      This is anecdotal, but I'm very hesitant to believe Divas either has items on hand or has checked/packed orders when they create tracking numbers. Seconding what @cobaltconduct said, basically. Packages taking a month or more to move seems to be a frequent issue. Combined with the problem where tracking has been created, then suddenly people get contacted regarding missing items in the order/wrong items/etc I struggle to see how the problem would be anything but these reasons.

      That being said, certain companies like Luts prefer to batch ship items to the US which is why wait times can get longer than normal. They wait until they have enough to make one big shipment. It's cheaper to send a pallet than an individual package. We also know from Divas that they don't have certain contracts with companies that others do, so their operation works a bit differently. But, I feel 2 years is way too long and from my experience this doesn't explain away the issues.

      TLDR you're not alone and this is a frequent problem. The last time this happened to me I had to put my foot down to get my stuff to move which never feels good. There is a case of someone else experiencing the same problem right now. I won't speak for them, but basically this person had UPS physically check the packages and confirmed it wasn't there. My point is something is going on that they aren't being 100% clear about and because of that I think you have the right to keep in contact with them to ask what's going on. Or get a refund at this point. You can kindly ask them to honestly tell you if they've placed the order at all and request a refund. I think that's reasonable now. It has been a long time and IMHO too long to wait for accessories.

      You can also contact Luts themselves and ask if they have any more explanation or insight into what's happening. It is Divas responsibility to be transparent, professional and keep you updated, but if they're unable to do those things then I don't think it's unreasonable to kindly and respectfully contact Luts to explain and inquire.

    9. I am planning to email BJDivas again to ask them for refund if possible bec. up to now the tracking number is not working. I contacted luts but they replied asking for order number from BJDivas or reference number when BJDivas place the order for my accessories , but then i have to ask BJDivas for this and I don't think BJDivas will tell me. Up to this point i just want refund to all my accessories so I can place my own order with luts.

    13. I'm really sorry this is happening to you. I know you mentioned Luts needing an order number, but have you considered (or tried) contacting them again and explaining that BJDivas is no longer answering emails or communicating?

    15. If they know you're between a rock and a hard place, they might be able to help more, yeah. Just be frank with them and tell them what's going on. Not only will they possibly be better equipped to shed some light on what might be happening, but I don't think they will like hearing that one of their dealers is behaving this way. Building a record is important, but I also think Divas needs a wake up call and it might help. Who knows. Either way and for whatever reason, it's your best bet to be upfront with Luts and see what they can tell you so you can at least attempt to not be in the dark about your order. It shouldn't have to come to this, but if it's a way you can get information I think it's okay. Keep us updated :/

    16. I'm not sure if this will help or not, but I bought some shoes in stock from Divas, got the shipping notice/tracking number the next day, and it sat at "label created" for nearly a month. When I contacted them about it, they claimed USPS is very slow about their packages and they'd file a claim. I told them if they were lost, I wanted them resent or a refund. Miraculously, it showed that it was picked up a couple of days later...but I did get the shoes shortly after that.

      On a different preorder, I waited 9 months, when the typical wait for that company was 3 months from all other dealers, and direct. Every time I checked in, they told me to keep waiting. They advertised that they don't do group orders and submit your order immediately, but then told me my order would be sent in a batch. When I questioned it, they said they send orders immediately, but the company holds them until they have a big enough batch. They also said I can't use average wait times from other dealers as an estimate, and to keep waiting. When it hit 9 months, I asked if they could please let me know what date they ordered my stuff, so I could have a better idea of how long the company was taking. They offered a refund instantly, and I took it. Which really made me wonder if they never ordered my parts in the first place, since they did do that to one of my friends with a limited doll, and she didn't find out until after a year+ wait. I don't know if that's what happened with my order, or if the company really was taking that long, but it was very stressful seeing orders placed after mine from other dealers arriving in a third of the time.

      Anyway, my point in all of this is that it seems in stock or not, Divas takes a very very long time to both order and ship. I have read that they are very short staffed, and it seems they may be overwhelmed with more orders than they can handle. It has to be stressful for them, but being honest with customers, and maybe cutting back on how many orders they take or posting honest time frames about shipping and waiting times would be helpful.

      However, in your case, waiting that long on items, from Luts of all companies, who has always been very fast and professional, and on items you ordered at the same time as the dolls you did get, that is just unacceptable. I don't blame you at all for wanting a refund. With Divas not responding to you, nor fixing the problem, I would definitely contact Luts! Let them know you bought through Divas, the date you ordered, the order number(s) through Divas, what you ordered, and ask if the order was ever placed, if it was sent to Divas and any info on it. If it's been 3 years, some businesses don't even keep records that long ago, so you need to be investigating ASAP and hoping they still have the record! If they have not sent the items yet, maybe ask if you can pay the shipping and have them ship directly to you? If they did already send the items, or if they were never ordered...your problem is definitely with Divas, not Luts, and I'm not sure what you can do about that if it's been so long since you paid and and you're out of your safety window. :( Please keep us updated on this! I'm hoping it's just Divas being overwhelmed and all gets sorted soon!

    17. I will keep you guys updated, right now I am waiting for Luts to reply to my message and go from there. And of course no messages from BJDivas. I know I am out of the window to ask for refund through paypal but i'm hoping BJDivas is honest and refund back what I am not getting.

    19. First of all, I'm sorry that they're not helping. I find that really surprising and their lack of explanation surprising as well. Most companies are pretty helpful when situations like this come up. I honestly think you should email them back and emphasize that BJDivas is NOT responding to emails and that is WHY you're contacting them. Focus on the fact that Divas has gone unresponsive for some and has not responded for x amount of time and x amount of emails, and that your order was placed years ago. It's okay to be a little pushy - you're not being rude by trying one more time to emphasize. If they get back to you with the same response, then you know you've made all the efforts you could.

    21. Well, I'm sorry they couldn't do more for you, but them contacting Divas is a very good thing. It may shake them up or at least remind them that it is NOT okay to leave emails unanswered and not offer solutions.

      Not to make assumptions, but based on (many) patterns of conduct/behavior, there's a chance Divas is going to shift blame and try to make you out to be the "problem" if they email you regarding Luts' contact. I would personally refrain from being overly apologetic, but otherwise stay firm so you can get solid answers. Because by now you deserve some sort of solution and that's really just the bottom line of it all. I really hope Divas doesn't choose to put up a fight over a few accessories and just refunds you.

    22. Got a reply back from BJDivas. They give me a different tracking number now but when I track it , it say Pre shipment and the date on it has not change since December 11. I'm not sure if this is even a real tracking number. Also BJDivas said the rest of my items have been ship out from Luts already and waiting for it to arrive at BJDivas, I think these item will take another year or so to get to me . At this point I don't really trust BJDivas.

    24. This is rather normal for them. I've had packages in the "pre-shipping"-phase for multiple weeks.

    25. Mine started moving, I hope the rest of my items arrive at least before 2026 ends. My poor boys all mostly naked for years :(

    27. Update: only items missing from BJDivas now is 2 pairs of boots, 1 wig, 1 shirt and 1 trouser. I hope I can get them at least by early spring.

      I also bought some stuff at luts before already, so what i really need from this missing items is the trouser and the shirt, the rest i was able to buy it at luts.

    28. Have you already received all of your items? I’m having problems with bjdivas shipping and communication too :(It’s my first time ordering with them and only now I’m seeing all the bad reviews. I’m scared my boys will take a whole year to arrive

I don't remember waiting long for my boys but I did a long long layaway , after layaway I wait a bit and my boys ship if i remember correctly.

    31. I recently emailed BJDivas about a Coral Reef order, and they said there was an issue with the cast. It's still been almost a year for an accessory, so hopefully your dolls didn't have the same issue.
