Resolved Problem Transaction with Tangier

    1. I´m very angy about this case!

      I sold her a Head.
      She lives in the US, I´m from Germany.
      I told her BEFORE I sold the Head to her, that the shipping can take a very long time.
      She said that won´t be a Problem to her so I agreed and allowed a Layaway.

      For the 2nd payment I had to remember her -.-
      She told me she pay it shortly after the 15th. I remembered her to please pay it and she said she hasn´t forgotten about it and will pay it. It was the 25th as she finaly payed.
      It´s not this bad, she paid it and I shipped it out as I said and gave her a tracking number.

      After just 2 weeks she got angry that it wasn´t in the US (I had told her at the beginning it can take over 8 weeks sometimes).
      She wanted me to do Research on the parcel immediatly or else she will get her Money back (she said it very unfriendly -.-)
      I started a Research on the Parcel over the shipping Company and they told me it can take some time.
      I told her so and she never replied me back.

      Instead she opened a case on Paypal to get her Money back without contacting me over anything ever again.
      I was lucky that i had enough Money on my account so that it not get freezed...

      I´m very angry with her, because she lyed to Paypal on two Terms!
      She said i never gave her a tracking number and i never contacted her.
      This is not true and i send all proof to Paypal (trackingnumber, Pictures of the Head, how I packed it, the Parcel with adress and everything on it and the document from dhl with the Research start).
      I also send them screenshots of the conversation with her as proof that i did inform her on everything.

      Now i have to wait for the answer from Paypal on that case... but it can take until the 20th July :(

      I saw atleast one other Person had Problems with her in the past, too.
      But I can show proof to everyone who wants that I did as I say.
      I saved all documents on it and i´m glad i did...

      She didn´t payed the second layaway on time but made a big fuss about the long shipping time -.-
      I will definitly never deal with her ever again and i hope it all get solved quickly because i´m very mad at her right now and i hate it when People lie about others -.-

    2. What makes me so angry about it is...
      1st she let me do a Research on the parcel but didn´t give the time to search before she started the case on Paypal...

      and 2nd that she just lied as she opened that case -.-

    3. Tangier was last on the forum today. They are now being paged.
       
    4. 1. The issue of payment is irrelevant at this point since seller did receive not only the money we agreed upon, but I sent her an additional $20.00 to make up for her loss in conversion. Also I said I would pay AFTER the 15th and I did pay after the 15th. There was no set date in our agreement.

      2. I was not angry or rude in my PM of the 15th asking status of the package. I was concerned, however, that DHL tracker showed NO movement of the package since the first of June. Normally there should have been some movement whether resulting in shipping or not. FYI, here is a copy of the PM I sent, to verify that I was not acting in any way rude or angry:

      Hi - It is June 15, and I have not received the head. It has not left Germany, since I did just now check my USPS tracker, and I have three times contacted DHL ... tonight the first person I spoke with, at the DHL customer service number had NO record of this tracking number, nor the international tracking number. He was very uncooperative even though I gave him both numbers and read the info on the DHL tracker. He gave me another phone number which I called - it happened to be the number for large shipments, not like this one, and he had a very difficult time finding either tracking number and there has been no movement from Germany since June 1.

      I would like you to contact, as soon as possible, your post office and whoever else you have to speak with to find out exactly where this package is and when they intend to ship it to the USA. If it has been lost, I want my money back. I should have this package by now or at least have some sort of information on where it is. It has not been shipped out of Germany or my USPS tracker would have information on its whereabouts.

      Please let me know what's going on. I will never buy from Germany again, because this is the second time I've had a problem with DHL (the first time my seller had to file an international claim to get the item sent to me).

      3. I find the anger and attitude directed toward me regarding this purchase is totally unacceptable. And I might add that I never accused her of NOT giving me a tracking number. Paypal misunderstood me when I filed the claim, and I called them on it and they have corrected their mistake. As of tonight, I still do not have an update on the status of this item I have paid for. I have again checked the DHL website and still no movement of the item since June 1. I think the seller needs to improve her attitude and also keep me updated on any information she has received since the Packet Research was filed. Also it would be helpful if she would PM me copies of the paperwork involved so I can see the progress.

      4. Rather than file the packet research, the appropriate action in this case would have been for the seller to file an International Claim on the 30th day. If the seller had done so, the problem would have been resolved by now (I know this because I had a similar problem in the past with DHL and after the IC was filed, I got the item immediately).

      I think it´s funny that you blame me for a lack of conversation/ information -.-
      You told me to check on it, which I did and I informed you that I do a internation parcel research and that it can take quite some time...

      After I did so I NEVER got any answer from you.
      You never asked me for anything or answered me or replyed to the research I did.
      If you have been so concerned than you could have asked me, but you never did. You never replyed back.

      This mid not be very rude but it isn´t nice either. Since it was the first time you asked me for it:

      Shipping from Germany to the US can take some time as I told you in this:

      I already told you at the beginning that the shipping time to America is up to 6 weeks or more. You said you know that.
      Its not updated and I don´t know why but I wrote to dhl about the case today and made a "Parcel Research". Now I wait that they say...
      ...last time it took 2 Month to arrive...

      I filed out a document to do an international research as I said.
      DHL told me that it is very early to start a search but they will do it.
      Sometimes they find it within days, sometimes it take weeks or month.
      I already told you that you get your Money back IF the parcel is lost.
      But you did not reply.
      Instead you started a PP case.
      What is the point on asking for a check on the parcel, never reply but starting a case on PP without letting me know about it?
      This is very rude und unfair!

      If you had asked me and I would not reply I would understand your actions but since I did do a research I ´just don´t understand it.
      Of cause I get mad over it -.-
      Who wouldn´t?

      Today I talked to my shipping Company and they told me I did nothing wrong!
      It IS an international claim and I did everything right.
      The case is ongoing and they got everything from me they need to look in the case.
      I gave them all informations and send Pictures from the parcel, gave tracking and so on.
      He is an expert on that case and he told me that I can do nothing more but wait and let them do their work.
      They are still looking for it.

      You want to see the document I filled out?
      Why didn´t you asked me?
      It is in german but okay I can send it to you...
      But you never told me you want to have proof.
      I send it to PP too, so I have no Problem with giving it to you...

      The only solutions I acept now are:
      A- they find the Parcel - great!
      B- they lost it and I got the Money back to give it back to you
      C- PP told me I have to pay you back before but I don´t think so since I did everything I can and gave them a lot of proof for it.

    6. Explanation:
      International Claim is in german "Sendungsnachverfolgungsauftag" so I filled out an "Sendungsnachverfolgungsantrag" wich is the search for a parcel. It can be national or international. Of cause I asked an expert on it before I did it and asked what exactly I have to do and did this as they told me.
      So this IS an international claim...

      If this is the point and you didn´t understand that right why didn´t you asked me what that research is for?
      But then I still don´t get why on earth you opend that PP case instead...

    7. I am done with this. I don't want anymore angry rebuttals. You have your money, and I might add I did not have to ante up that extra $20 for conversion. I do not have the item and should not have had to ask, beg or whatever to get more information. As far as I am concerned, this is resolved. You have money, I do not have item nor do I have any updates on its status. Please do not harass me any more, because that is how I feel about this conversation. I am done.
       
    8. As I told you we don´t find a solution here.

      This will be solved by Paypal and/ or dhl.
      If it is lost, I pay you back.
      This is what i always said. I never said that I don´t give you back the Money if they didn´t find it^^
      But by now it is on checking and unsure if its lost or not...
      I send it with an insurance so I get the Money back from dhl and then I pay you the full amount with the + 20 Dollar.
      But not before the case is closed which should be understandable...

      Be mad at me all you want but I don´t have to act as you tell me. I acted like I was adviced by the shipping Company. Nothing other then this.

      The reason you started the PP case is still the same wrong accusation and it hasn´t been changed.
      And this is why I was starting to get so mad:
      1. What you wrote to Paypal is this:
      - You have not received it - true, I started an international Claim because of this
      - I told you I did that research and didn´t get any update to tell you about since then.
      - I gave you a tracking number - you said that they understood you wrong but it is still a reason about that you started the case.

      The only Thing I don´t get is why you started this PP thing without any communication...
      But whatever...

      I leave it to PP and DHL now.
      We will see how it ends...
      This will lend us to nothing but anger -.-
