Unresolved Problem Transaction - with Leenikins

28/01/2013 I bought a doll from Leenikins - Zaoll Muse. It was as you see almost 10 months ago. Unfortunately selling post was completely delete not even graveyard but I have all pms and logs with our chats.

28/01/2013 I paid and next day she said doll is on shipping but didn't give me receipt or anything also we agreed on regular post and I was said New Zealand post don't have tracking numbers and I believed her. Then 2 months past but I didn't receive anything.I began to worry and write her several times but she didn't answer till I asked her friend to contact her. After it she contact me but she said me to wait. I did. But in May 2013 it was obvious that doll is missed cause i still didn't get it or doll wasn't send to me.
I wrote her again and persuaded to make a claim about missing to the post. Indeed the post answered and after there was really long investigation, but as result parcel wasn't found anyway. In august it was completed, I was really upset and hoped at least to have compensation cause the doll was insured. I asked her to help and she said she will. Then one month past, after another she only promised and promised. And now she completely ignore me.
I don't ask to ban her or make her bad trader. It was my mistake I laid on regular post, EMS was too expensive for me but try to understand me - I've got nothing and lost my money. Seller the only one who can help me to back at least part of this of money if it's not too late already. So I write here in hope this will got to her cause I don't know what to do.
