Resolved Problem transaction with Brechtje

@Brechtje I purchased a Chibi Roron in cocoa resing from Brechtje. It was offered sale and listed as "pristine". In the description it is described as "no noticeable yellowing". When I received the doll, there was most definitely yellowing from exposure to the sun or something like it.

I contacted Brechtje to let her know that there was damage. she disagreed and insisted that the doll was pristine. So, I sent her pictures of the doll in better light. the pictures Brechtje used in her sales thread are not clear but if you look very carefully you can tell there are tan lines.

In this pic you can see the neck is greenish and the legs are much greener than the knee peanut. The hands are also greenish.

 

@Brechtje and I agreed on a partial refund. The funds are in process through Paypal.

 

Refund finally completed through Paypal. This problem transaction is resolved.
