Lost/Damaged Problem of Ethereal Angels Gumdrop eyes

I joined a preorder though Grace.
I got my order this Monay 23/5,but one of the order was wrong,I ordered 16mm and I got 18mm at the end.
I sent Grace emails but no reply from her till now.
I really need to exchange this eyes,my doll can't use 18mm eyes.
What can I do now instead of waiting for her reply?
Anyone know how to find Grace?
