Resolved Problem between myself and Princesspink

I am moving this into the public forum so both parties are accountable.

I have a layaway with Princesspink that has taken a sour turn. I feel like it would be best for both parties to cancel but since the way things have turned out is so bad, I feel I should not be out my money.

I have requested a refund of my two payments totaling $125.40. I tried to settle with a compromise of just my last payment of $75. She refused.

I just want this to be over.

 

@princesspink I feel we should move our communication here.

 

I am giving you one last chance to resolve this before I go to PayPal.

 

To update we are still in communication and are trying to come to an agreement as far a partial refund to end this quickly.

 

We have finally come to agreement that half the money will be refunded which has been received.

This situation is resolved.

Part of our resolution was that we not leave feedback with each other and not go into any further specifics. She has requested via pm for this to marked resolved. Both of us just want to move on.

 

Both of us were unhappy with how the layaway was progressing so we are mutually agreeing to cancel. I had planned to continue it until that changed.
