Hello! I am so sorry, I apologize if this is... a really silly or ridiculous question or something that is... more obvious than I think it is - but I would really appreciate any confirmation I could get here if that's okay? Basically, I stumbled on DIMdoll's site, realized it was still up and functioning and then also surprisingly saw a few sculpts on the website that were still open for purchase. One of them was one of the sculpts I'd been scouring for secondhand (Doll in Mind Larina, half-closed or open and they still had half-closed listed on the site as available.) So I tested it out a little.... I put a DIM Larina head in my website cart, hit New Customer and it took me to an order screen where I could fill everything out, calculate shipping, etc and confirm an order. I was still a little skeptical so I searched a couple of DIM threads on DoA and saw that a couple of people were stating that the heads leftover on the website were there as extras...? So I got a little hopeful and decided to give it a try then! Part of the warning on the site was that it might take one full day for the order to update, so I was anticipating maybe a little vagueness with the process but... I filled out all of my information, ready to do as it asked and complete my order and then scoot along over to paypal to send the money to the paypal.me link they have sitting there directly but... as soon as I hit confirm, a pop up came up said "Your cart is empty" and refreshed everything. I also received nothing by email. Because of that, I have not sent a payment through Paypal yet. I can't tell if that weird "ending" was because: 1. Doll in Mind's site is a living skeleton and while everything is still up, no purchases can be made so the order I placed disappeared into oblivion because there are actually no Larina heads left. Or 2. That's a weird nuance of Doll in Mind ordering since they switched to Paypal confirmation and I need to sit patiently and it's okay to go ahead and send the money. I feel silly, my searching abilities failed me because other than finding a few posts talking about DIM closing and those heads being extras, I can't seem to find anything about my question or DIM's old ordering process. Ugh, sorry this was super long!!! But ultimately, I'm wondering, was I a little foolish and they have no extras and I should toddle on back to the second hand market of Insta and Facebook or am I just getting flustered by DIM's process? Have you tried sending an e-mail to the address at the bottom of their website? They specifically say to contact them using that e-mail, in the last notice on the website. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, and good luck getting your Larina!

Denny is responsive and writes back within 24-48 hours. They should still have random leftovers. In my experience, he's been good about updating/maintaining the site with stock. I asked him when I placed my order in April during the last "big sale," and he informed me that some of the Larinas on the site were extra. Also, emails from the order confirmation went to my spam folder, so I would check that just in case!
