Luckily they shipped out my order today... The only way is to send them email but It's really hard to get them reply.
I find nDoll has taken a long time with my past orders I pretty much know that once payment is received it goes into "Ready for shipment" the next stage in my experience is "shipped. I found out they actually order things from various companies (sort of like an agent) hence may not have it in stock. In the past I had to wait until items of my orders came from various companies so they could then send my order. Dollmore I find is different...most of the items they sell are Dollmore items (not from various companies) hence have the items readily availiable for shipping in their factory. I hope this explains this for you and puts your mind at ease.
That's help a lot! Thanks! I thought most of the companies are like Crobidoll and Leeke. They would put the out of stock items as 'sold out'. When they are in stock, they will change them back. I am not really experienced with what ndoll does. =/
I am having the same problem right now with nDoll. I ordered several items from them on Oct. 7 and every day I check the status of my order. It has been "ready for shipment" now for over two weeks. I have written to them twice asking for information & they have not responded. When they don't respond at all it is concerning. Has anyone not received their order? Is three weeks plus before they ship standard for them?
Finally today I got a tracking number today so it appears that they have shipped my order. They never answered any of my emails & I sent three. If they just answered their mail I think it would put people more at ease and solve a lot of problems.
Well I have had my tracking number for six days now and it still does not work. This week will be the fourth week with not ONE response from them & nothing but false status reports about my order.
I had the same problem too. They gave me a tracking number it wasn't working. I had sent few emails asking about the tracking number but they never replied. After two weeks, I could finally track the number. What I think is, ndoll is not a responsible company. If the items still haven't sent out yet, can't they just tell us? What they did was unacceptable for me. Keep telling me they would send the items but they didn't, gave me a number but they had not actually sent the items out. I will definitely not buying from them anymore. I will choose to order directly from Dollheart or Nine9, not ndoll anymore although shipping can be saved.
Thanks isabear. I filed the start of a complaint with PayPal. After I did that within two days the tracking number started working. However this morning the tracking report said "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." This sounds to me like another dead in the water kind of notice. I was hopeful & now I am worried again. nDoll still has not responded to any of my emails. This whole process is extremely stressful. Did your tracking ever give you this notice isabear?
oh my god.... I just ordered from nDoll at 10/31.....and I paid at 11/1, then the status change to "ready for shipping" I thought they're quick, but now I found it's horrible I ordered Little monica, Nine9 and nDoll's wigs, and they didn't answer my letter either (I ask about the payment) Why couldn't they just reply the mail????
Finally, after I filed the complaint with Pay Pal after 3 days I got a response from nDoll and they sent me a link to track my package. It came today. Everything looked fine & nDoll had enclosed a small gift of an extra pair of eyelashes. So all together it took 5 emails, one month of time and only one written response at the very end before I got my order. So they seem to be sending out orders after very long waits & almost non existent communication. If they would just answer mail it would help a lot!
