I chose to post this in this subforum after some consideration, please correct me if I’m wrong. >.< Here is the problem: I placed a $1000 worth GO with Ndoll on April 15. It arrived on May 30 and it turned out that a pair of Dollheart shoes, cost 29.90, is missing. I sent an email to [email protected] on May 31 describing the problem and got no reply. My mailbox is also on gmail.com, so I don’t think there is an undelivered mail issue here. I wrote again on June 15, and again no reply. They don’t have any board on their website, so I don’t know how to attract their attention. Can anyone please give me an advise on how to contact them? Maybe some of the Ndoll staff is a member here on DOA? Thanks for reading. =)
I would keep pestering them with emails until they reply, it looks to me that they are being a bit irresponsible on their part. Unless, they had so many emails that they overlooked yours...Which I doubt or they are extremely busy but I don't think they should ignore their inbox for that long (especially if there was a problem with an order or something was missing). I'm not sure if nDoll is a member here on DoA but I would suggest that you should send them at least 2 or 3 emails each day in regard to the order that you placed on April 15. I wish you the best : ).
Thanks, Dreamer. I do understand they could miss 1 letter, but 2 is unlikely. I wrote again just now with the capital letters header. It's actually strange, because I contacted them through email before and they replied within 2-3 days time. It's ad they don't have the board, public messages are harder to ignore.
I agree with Dreamer. I recently had an issue with an order and had to keep bothering them with emails to get a response. It takes them a while to respond, but just keep being persistent and they'll eventually email back. (I actually told them they should get a Q&A board...they're so bad with emails...)
On June 5th I ordered and paid for the doll with makeup and the wig and three pairs of shoes. It is written on the website that the manufacturing time of the dolls with makeup is about 3-4 weeks. The terms were strongly violated, the doll was sent to me on the August 1st. On the August 10th the doll arrived, but it turned out that there is not enough of the two pairs of shoes in the parcel, its total cost is $95. I did not even finished unpacking and begin to write a letter to nDoll. Two days later I wrote another one because on the first one was no reply. A more week later, I wrote another one to two addresses (the first address specified on the website and the second one is the address from which I get nDoll's emails sometimes). Today is the August 24rd and I did not received a response from the company yet. I cannot make the money back through PayPal because the company violated the terms of shipping deprived me of this opportunity. The 40 days set aside for it are long gone. It seems nDoll understands this very well and so ignores my letters. Someone has already faced similar? I used to make orders to nDoll before this. If some thing was sold out, a letter and a money refund were immediate. I'm at a loss.
cross posting my reply to another ndoll thread here: This is really sad to hear since I've ordered 3 times from ndoll and want to order again. Just to help, they are definitely NOT good with communication. I've always had to mail at least 2-3 times to get a response. But the 3 doll heads, stand and other items I've gotten from them have been in perfect quality once I did get them. Wait time for heads with face ups vary from 1 to 2 months. The one head (ami aiko) I got a custom face up and it is gorgeous. for $70 for a custom face up of that quality that is a steal!!! I would love to order another head but am now worried as more and more people are popping up with questions similar to this Don't fail us Ndoll... I wanted to add, maybe send a link to the threads we have posted, there's at least 3. If they see we like their products but need better communication maybe that will help the company change for the better?
