I had heard of the wild child -- the boy born with purple hair whose parents had put him out to die in the forest, believing him to be an evil omen. Evidently, the boy had survived though and reports of sightings would be in the news every once in a while, which I followed with great interest. Eventually, I determined that I wanted to capture and civilize this wild child and set about a plan... (click on the pic for the rest of the story) Thank you, Tasu for Momiji's cute outfit and Kiriko for his wild wig!
AWWW....sad, beautiful and haunting at the same time. Love the story and the photos. The one showing the feet alone are so effective. Momiji is such a sweet heart. And purple is the new pink It looked great on him
Thank you, everyone! I had a lot of fun with this photostory! Michelle -- Momiji is the only one of my kids that I really like in fur wigs and thanks to Kiriko, I have a nice wardrobe of them for him. Devon -- I'm so glad my story touched you. I thought that the little feet were kind of sad too. I also love the way purple sets off his green eyes.
Awww, so cute!! The picture with the dandilion is darling, but the ones of him retreating (i.e. two feet and some foliage) crack me up Sequel, sequel!!
Thanks again, everyone! It's looking like I'll have to continue stalking the elusive wild child. Strangeangels -- The sock monkey was from Kallisti. I should have said "All props provided by the wonderful members of DoA".
What an adorable photostory. The greens and purples are just great together. Great job! Momiji looks appropriately wild. Cheers, Junkets
Wee! More nice comments! Thank you!!! Like Devon said, I think that purple is going to have to be Momiji's new pink. AmnesticAngel -- That's a good idea! Megumi was staring daggers when I took Momiji and not him on our picnic, so maybe next time I'll have to bring him along to tame the wild child.

Wow, Marti! Thank you so much! I really do love my little boys! They are so much fun! And thank you again, everyone, for your nice comments! I'm so glad that so many enjoyed meeting the wild child.
