Any additional info/backstory: Noe is a Lyric, a specific type of Fairy, who communicates only through song, rhythm, and rhyme. Her kind are known for influencing the humans who write famous and beautiful songs/poems. Though she refuses to disclose the way the influence process works, I have gathered that Lyrics whisper the words into a handful of fairy dust, and then sprinkle it on their human subjects.
Like many types of Fey, Lyrics are sweet and charming, but have tempers and can be quite feisty. Noe is a bit of a mystery to those how aren’t accustom to her ways as she never speaks plainly and enjoys giving answers in the form of riddles. She has a bit of a mean streak and relishes in watching others struggle to decipher her riddled words… only when you deserve it, of course.

In her storyline, Noe is the shadowfairy to a young witch named Cisallie (MNF Rena) who is the ambassador of Wizard kind. Fairies like to be around powerful people and be where the action is, so Noe has chosen Cisallie to shadow over all other creatures. Humans often mistake Noe for Cisallies daughter since Cisallie treats her like a child, but magic folk know the difference. While at first their relationship was purely vocational, Noe and Cisallie have grown quite fond of each other in recent times.

Fun fact: Lyrics don't need food to survive. They sort of photosynthesize with music and sounds the way plants do with sunlight. Also, each individual song and sound have a specific "taste". Classical and World music are Noe's favorites because they are sweet and light, while Rock music and construction sounds taste like icky metal.

She was able to stop one vehicle caught in the tornado from being picked up and carried, but couldn't save a second one. She still feels guilty about not being able to save everyone, although a young wind deva facing down an EF-5 tornado shouldn't have been able to save anyone at all.
