they are so funny. I like leonardo and woody best, love the wigs too, but they aren't for sale,
but on etsy you can get those kind of wigs they are fake fur...........I see that when you buy and outfit it says outfit cape legwarmers and hat perhaps they mean the hair? but some have hats and hair so I guess you just can't see the other hats?
the headpieces are great, would love to have more for one doll, like for woody the wood is great but I also like the flower from another doll and the fire and the lightning........I guess they are pukipuki size , I do love the belly's...........stop I don't want to buy, I have four dolls comming......I guess because they are basic they won't be limited....so I have time to think about them

 

I have woody, and he came with the stump head but not a regular head cap so he cannot wear a wig. They are cute but I think I like the girly fairies better. They didnt have them when I got woody.

 

The wigs are available under 'wigs' and the outfits too....I think its great this way because instead of being stuck with a fullset, you can choose the wig and the outfit from any fairy.
I really like Rain, but I'd get her blank....I think.
The one thing holding me back is the white skin.....ehn.....I'm not wild about white skin.....

 

I am a dork. I just realized this is the remade fairies. I have the old off topic fairies. Makes sense now duh. lol These are strung unlike the old unstrung fairies.

 

Just a note on PW white--it's often a nice creamy pink white, rather than a chalk white, and it's usually not totally pale. Plus, it stays really nice throughout the years and doesn't tend to green at all. In my experience, it mellows softly, too. I'm really excited to see this size, and have two of these guys on order already.

You should be able to swap the heads from the older figures onto the new articulated bodies, too, which I think is awesome. This should provide some additional expressions for articulated doll play, since they all look sort of related. I'm just excited to see this size! Yay!

 

Moonie is the cutest and also just happens to be my monthly doll. I love the way his lips are sculpted. Very moe!!

uuuugh I'm kind of thinking of getting one now. I wasn't going too even though I think they're all adorable, but then I had to see which one is my month...and now I want him. I was going to order a FOB head anyway...might as well go for broke.

 

No money ;.; I'm getting one with my b-day money, but other than that finances are super tight right now or else I'd get three. If they stay out long enough, I will totally be buying more than one in the future, though :'D

 

I picked up a Shooting Star at a con this week-end. She is so adorable! I hope to get a pic when I get my camera back...

 

I wanted to go to that con so bad omg, but I would have bought alllll the fairies. With non existent money, haha. Shooting star was on my want list, too, I would love to see some pics. And of the packaging as well!

I ordered Coco Rain and Moonie, my two favorites, and they came really quickly. They must have sent their samples. AND they sent me Cloonie Coon as an extra, OMG! I also ordered Fiona's and Bow Jiang's outfits, and two wigs.

BTW--they fit Wilde Imagination Amelia Thimble clothing perfectly. I had a few outfits on hand, which I'd gotten for a Pukifee, which turned out to be a little snug on her. But perfect for these guys.

 

Those little outfits are just to adorable. I cannot remember which girl I liked, now I need to go check again. lol

 

I got a little Monthly Fairy ShuShu last weekend at Anime North- they're so adorable!! If I'd been able to afford it I'd have gotten the Bow Jjang, too. I'll put a picture of my little Toa here with wig and with her Snow headcap. If it helps, they fit into Amelia Thimble clothing perfectly--even the shoes! I have a PKF Ante, who is just a little big for Amelia's clothing, but I had thought her stuff would fit.

Oh yes--I'll have to drill out the magnet from the heads from the older bodies, as the hole (that the magnet goes in) doesn't go all the way through--yikes! I think it should work, though. I'll start with one that isn't my favorite, LOL, and let you know how it goes!

 

Do they fit pukipuki clothing?

 

I'm looking forward to seing the tan Uga uga tribe when they are released next month. I don't think I can afford to add one to the family but it'll be hard resisting.

I ordered a Monthly Fairy last Tuesday. I can't wait for her to arrive! Is anyone else waiting on one to come home?

 

About PukiPuki clothing--I don't actually have any clothing that is marked that size, BUT: they can wear Amelia Thimble clothing (Wilde Imagination). Those are just a tiny bit small for my PP Ante. Does that help a little, xkelpiex?

JCee, I don't currently see anyone else in the small waiting room, but I have at least one in my cart within the next couple of weeks, I think. I'm stalking the site for a one-off doll, I hope, and I'd like to bring Bow-Jjang home as well. Who did you order? Come join us!

Oh those uga ugas are adorable. It's funny, I like different ones in the tan skin than I like in the regular. Alas too many purchases for me recently means I won't be getting one...the only upside of that being I won't be forced to make a decision about which one is the cutest. I have the feeling that these sweeties would like to travel in groups anyway

 

Elektra - your little fairy is adorable and her dress is amazingly knitted! How does her size compare with Realpuki??

I'm wondering about taking advantage of Peakswood layaway in order to get one of these fairies/wig/outfits, however I've bought a few dolls lately and need to make some tough decisions over who to buy/leave. Will sleep on it overnight.

 

I can answer the RealPuki question now, I think! I picked up some knit outfits by DollinStyle FR RealPuki, and they fit these little guys to a t. I'll try to upload photos today, but it may be when I return from Vegas on Sunday. So adorable!

omg, Electra, I just saw your Sugar Powder, and am so excited that I picked up a tan version with basic makeup. yours is too cute! I may also have Fiona and Bow Jjang on the way as well. They've added grabbing hands, too!

 

It's Sugar Powder I'm thinking about, will yours be a girl or boy?? If I were ordering two I'd go for Sugar Puff and Fiona, but realistically I should only order one and then I can get a basic in the future when I can afford to. But it's tempting to use layaway to get both! I checked the measurements last night and they are tubbier than Realpuki so my RP clothes by Mimisstuff without 'give' won't fit them but the stretchier ones might. Miriam makes them to fit pretty much spot on so there's not much leeway.

I am going to have fun looking at all your cute pics. Like Honeythorpe, I passed on the little Fairies due to too many other dolls purchases. I laughed at Honeythorpe's feeling about them traveling in packs....that is prefect! LOL I have a felling that eventually, I'll cave and add some. LOL The FOF Oz tans had to come first.

Gah! They are all so cute! Now want five or six of them! They seem a bit like Real Pukis, in their tendancey to form groups. You start with one and then suddenly have four. In general I don't like dolls with big heads, but it doesn't bother me if they look more like fairies than humans. I bet they could wear Mattel Kelly clothes. Now who to get first?!
I also hope the Uga Uga tribe will be back next summer since some of them are even cuter in tan!
