We have an excessive heat warning here today, but that doesn't seem to matter to my dolls!

 

@alington - Dlight looks so pretty and natural, I like her with brown eyes. Same with my dolls, my new arrival is wearing a furry coat like Harry from 3rd Rock from the Sun, and he is just fine with the 98 degree weather here in Texas.

 

Looks like the Frog Princess & Frog Prince are the next FOC offering!

 

@Beth L - Wow, Hunky Dory looks great with that faceup, I like her green nails with red crystals, cute! It's so cool how they have been doing fairytale inspired releases.

 

She is soo cute! I thought short hair version was a boy- she is so cute in both wigs. I wonder who the prince will be? And would he have webbed hands?!!

 

YES! I got my shipping notice for my Dandy Keith the Prince! It has been a long wait since February!

 

I didn't get to compliment on your cute girl! I love that wig on her, it goes really nice with her skin color! The ear-muffs are too adorable!

And speaking of Dandys, looks like a new sculpt from Peakswoods. Knox as the Prince and oh is he cute!

 

Considering the cool summer we're having in Seattle these dolls are all appropriately dressed! Looking good everyone!

New LE's posted at PW and lucky for my wallet the girl is Hunky Dory which I have no interest in so I'm safe after my impulse Rosemii buy at PNW.....okay, I blabbed enough about how much I wanted one and was hoping one would be there etc so I guess I can't really call that an impulse purchase....

 

That Knox outfit is something else- freaking love the frog eyes on that hoodie XD I like this boy- have to think on him.

 

The new releases are so cute! I have my hands full with the Peak's Woods girls I already have though so I think I'll sit this one out. Some day I'd love another Hunky Dory though. The Knox fullset is amazing.

 

I'm not fussed on all the blue under the eyes on all their sculpts lately. I'm still waiting in shipping for my Dandy Mad Hatter which I paid in Feb, it's a long, long wait

 

Ugh, I wish I had the money for Hunky Dory Blue. She looks so sad!

 

Yeah, Knox and that naffy outfit are thought-provoking, but I now have a sick kitty and new tires, and they're saying I have enough new dolls for the summer...well, we'll see. Not to mention I'm just sort of still hanging on the dolly regrets from PNW.

The Frog Prince/Princess dolls are so cute! I LOVE Dandy Knox! But, I am in the same boat as many of you. I just cannot swing another new doll at this time. I need to be good and wait until later in the year.

@Ishtar - They would probably leave out the blue under the eyes if you asked. Hang in there on your wait, I love Mad hatter faceup, I hope you get your notice soon.

Knox is amazing!! I need to hold off on purchasing dolls right now too though. Maybe some first time PW buyers will enter the fold during the Summer event.. So that we can see them on the thread!

 

They released pics without makeup and I love how unique Knox looks! I would totally get him but I just don't have a character for him right now. O but those eyes and that sly smirk !

 

@krystina - When I went to look at the blank Knox head as you suggested, I saw that they have photos of a lavender-pink Hunky Dory (open eye version) available for purchase as well. Her face up in LP skintone is so pretty!

 

@alington - She is gorgeous! Love her cute little earmuffs!

I love Hunky Dory and am happy to see her in the new release! I can't get her, but I am sure a lot of people will and she will be ahhh-mazing!

 

O yes I saw her too and had to do a double take- she looks so different! I really like this faceup on both the LP and NS colors. Ahh so many choices! But I think I'm going to wait till this winter and see what happens (plus I can save money for that event). I'm sure we'll get another chance to order Knox and Hunky Dory- I know I have a character idea for Knox I just haven't discovered him yet XD

 

Glad to be back on this thread! I just ordered Hunky Dory in lavender pink! I have wanted her ever since I saw owner pics of the Loli Clown version that was released last year, so I just couldn't resist her

@alington I'm so envious of you Dlight - she is amazing! I hope I'll be able to get one myself someday

 

@Calfuray - Yay! Congrats on having a chance to get her again!! I'm excited that you got her in the LP skin, I think you will love it & it will be a nice contrast with your Suntan girl.

@krystina - Yeah, I really love the natural coloring on the faces of all 3 dolls. Reminds me a bit of Alice and Rabbit soft faceup style.

He is amazing & I am once again thrilled. I never would have thought I would have 4 PW Dandy boys here. I love their boys a lot I must admit!

 

O he is ssooo gorgeous! I love his whole look and the details on his outfit is out of this world.

Hey guys! I finally ordered my first Peakswood girl! I ended up getting Bella the moon AB from the doll peddler I have her on a 3 month layaway. I can't wait to finish paying her off! Now what i need to do is start shopping for clothes and shoes! So freaking excited!

Sorry for the double post, but does anyone know what size wigs does Bella fit? Should I buy 9-10 or 8-9 size wig?

 

8-9 definitely! I have a Dandy Bella and his head is pretty small; 8-9 fits perfectly. Also, if you buy wigs from Crobidoll, get the 8. Wig stretches and fits perfectly

My long awaited Tan Yulli arrived and I'm in love!

 

Congrats Mu Shu! O she is just gorgeous! I love that faceup on her- she looks so unique - truly OOAK!

 

@Mu Shu - Yulli looks incredible! I haven't been so smitten by her sculpt before but in tan skin and with that wig she looks so sunny and very California girl. Congrats!

@sunnysailor - So excited to see your Bella in the future, she has such a seductive expression. You will love the AB body I think, it's very beautiful both in and out of clothes.

sunnysailor...they do fit but I really had to work them on with socks. They are pretty form fitting to start.

Yesterday I placed an order from Alice's Collection I bought her some clothes, one pair of shoes ,and a wig. I have it on layaway I can't wait wait to receive both of my packages!

 

Omg! A tan Yulli! She is one of my favorites, and you hardly ever see her! She is just gorgeous! Waa, I'm so jealous! congratulations, though--she really is just perfect. Wow, wow, wow! Fabulous, @Mu Shu !

If you're looking for wigs for Bella the Moon @sunnysailor , I'd also recommend Code Noir's size large (or DollHeart). Those are great fits for her as well. Which face up does your girl have, or does she have one? If you're wanting more Bella, I know Code Noir uses Bella for modeling, as they have has some ooak Bella crossovers as well. (I have the Into The Woods version in white skin, but I currently have her on a super short Dollmore Zaoll body, which I adore.) congrats on your upcoming beauty! You're going to love her! (I love Judy at DP, too. She's a nice person and sold my book for a while as well.)

@stellarphenomena Your Briana is so cute--and OMG I spy those fantastic sailor shoes! (I'm having a real hard time selling those, since I keep putting them on my dolls and wanting to keep them for myself, lol!) I love how they match the outfit perfectly. You seem to be having a lot of fun with redressing there, lol!

Are any of you going to be at the BJDC in Austin in early August? I'd love to see you there! I'm registered and will be in the vendor room as well.

Yes I've been window shopping at code noir website almost everyday and I will definitely be ordering from them in the near future too many cute stuff! I did check out your blog and Flickr for more pics of Bella and it gave me more reasons why I should order her!

 

Thanks alot alington! She's pretty spoiled. Has a better wardrobe than I do. The sailor shoes are adorable. I would get other colors but do I really need more shoes?...NO. I'm not going to the Austin Convention but have fun!

Yulli has been one of my favorites as well and I knew I had to have her when they discontinued the FOC's. I don't think there are many (any?) Yulli's around.

I'll be at Austin for the convention I was thinking of bringing Yulli with me but haven't decided on that yet.

It was the limited face-up offered when they were discontinuing the FOCs, and the first release of Hunky Dory (minus the tear drop and freckles).

 

@allington I'll also be attending all three days of the BJDC con in Austin , looking forward to meeting you !
