Wanted patterns for Leekeworld Volume Art Body?

It could help if you narrow down what patterns you are looking for. But since a-type patterns are rare enough as it is, I doubt you'll have much luck...
There is only about 2cm difference on the bust between the bodies (basically going from yosd to msd). So I'd suggest using a msd pattern measurement for the bust. Hopefully it could help in the meantime

 

I can't help with specific patterns but - firstly I'd go for separates, so you can find tops that fit and skirts that fit.

If you're going for dresses, go for styles that fit her top half and have full skirts, and, if nexessary, add more fullness ot the skirt.

It looks like her top half would fit into stuff for Littlefee, her bottom half... possibly DearSD or Baby Delf...? but that's a guess from looking at pictures. It might just be MSD size but look bigger because of the contrast to the top half.

You could also try going for highter waisted or yoke style dresses so you don't have to fit the wiast where the fullness of the hips is already starting to flare out.
