Sewing Patterns for 35cm dolls?

I didn’t know, Charm Doll make 35cm dolls. Or do you mean Xiao Chan by Doll Family-H? If so, Iplehouse KID patterns might fit with some adjustments. You could also ask owners of Miadoll Koi and Dollsbe Wheat in the corresponding threads, they are very similar in size.

 

I don't know these dolls speacifically, but I have several different dolls of this size and find that a lot of LittleFee/YoSD clothes fit them but they come up shorter on these dolls so you could look at patterns for that size and lengthen them in the legs and sleeves. if you can't find other patterns you like.

Adams-Harris patterns have soem offering for Narsha which is about the size you're after:
