Pattern resizing?

I know this has been mentioned before, but I'm having a devil of a time finding the topic.

About the patterns James did that you can download from here: http://www.denofangels.com/patterns/james/

I CANNOT get them to print out the right size. No matter what I do, they print out about an inch long. They're the only patterns I can't convince to come out the right size. (Ironically, I can convince them to print out fine in MSD size. I don't get it.)

I know someone had mentioned once how to change something to convince them to do what they're supposed to, but I've forgotten what to change and how. Any help? (It's very irritating.)

I'm running low on paper, so gradually adjusting the print ratio until it looks right isn't going to work. x_x
