* How was the communication? Pasha is super kind and friendly, she always answered all my questions promptly.

* How easy was it to pay? At first no, she wasn't accepting payments via paypal on her website at the time and my credit card was rejected by their system, so I've contacted her, placed my order via email and paid it through paypal. She has been very helpful).

* How long did it take to ship? About six months I think.

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No.

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? /

* Would you order from this company again? Yes, and I definitely will.

 

Still new to DoA and surprise to find out that PashaPasha and Popovy are not as popular as I thought here. Maybe I just didn't find the right forum?

* How was the communication? Very smooth communications. Erika (Pasha's partner) is super helpful.

* How was the communication? perfect ,they are great communicators ,the site was open for the preorder for a few hours before they sold out so you should be ready to order on that time
* How easy was it to pay? very easy to pay ,they sent paypal invoices ,they take layaway
* How long did it take to ship? it took about 11.8 months to produce the doll then shipping arrived across the US in 3 days
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? no problems,everything perfect
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? the company is very nice and had lots of open communication
