Hey everyone!
After consideration I've decided to try and hop on the preorder for Crave this July.
In anticipation of that I've already started looking at some options regarding eyes and wigs. I can make my own wigs but sometimes getting a well made one is quite the treat. Any suggestions for eyes/wigs that'll fit. Preferably shops located in Europe.

I can highly recommended her! There are lots of sellers on Etsy for wigs and eyes. A search there should come up with quite a few and some of them should be located in Europe.

 

@AllyCat they do come with eyes already. Lots of places selling wigs but I find most to be very pricey. They are incredible doll for sure

Yes Anne, that's true, you would do well as to be honest, the small number of people selling clothes for Pasha are really not to my taste, I can't be the only one... a flamboyant doll deserves flamboyant clothing in my book

 

Oh I didn't know! There aren't that many bow openings to watch which is my usual go to when it comes to 'what should I expect upon arrival'. Glad to hear that she comes with eyes, That's really helpful. I'll be able to hold off on buying until I can meet her.

I am a bit worried about the preorder. I don't have much experience with limited preorders so I'm worried that it will be too fast for me to order one in time.

 

@AllyCat, I've ordered twice, the first time was for original size and the order was open for a few days, that was a few years back so maybe they are more popular now, not sure, but I ordered a mini "Simply Beautiful" and that seems to be permanently open now. I don't think it's "blink and they are gone" which I did worry about the first time

Am I the only one who starts doubting there choices? I have a goddess type character planned for her. She's basically the magical energy of my story personified. Some revere her as a deity others don't. I say she but really she is genderfluid but as I tend to think of the magic as more feminine I say she and chose a female doll.
I love Crave but then I was reminded of Breath in a passing picture and am like aahhh she is gorgeous!

So any input on what might be better for a deity-like character is welcome.

I keep going back to look at the Eva doll she did a while ago as well... decisions decisions

 

My faves are Breathe and Pulse, they are both incredibly beautiful in a quirky supermodel way, but Crave has a slight air of menace or haughtiness that would work well for a deity. I just get the doll and start to do the face up and it just goes which ever way it wants to, I've given up trying to impose my vision on my dolls too much anymore, I just like to see which way they take me Whichever you chose you will be in awe&love with her as soon as she arrives, they do not disappoint.

 

So true! My dolls never turn out to be who I wanted them to be
Which is why I want to make sure that who I bring home is most likely to take on the role at least for a while

With looking at all the Breath pictures and seeing Sighthoundlady's video on her Pulse unboxing, I'm left confused. Do they come with separate teeth part or is it sculpted into the headsculpt and so you have to paint the teeth through the mouth?

I'm super curious because pulse seemed to come with a separate teeth part.
I am referring to the original size.

 

My Pulse has a separate teeth part, but it's an update for the 2nd Gen. The first generation, my old Pulse doll had sculpted teeth. I think it will probably be the same with Breath. But I don't know if 2nd Gen Breath are already around, the first release of them was only Pulse and Crave, then Sanity and Nerve and Breath will be released in July. So if you are really curious you will have to ask Pasha herself, I'm afraid.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share the new wig I received from Pasha's store. It's quite a bit different than what I usually prefer but I really like it. Please excuse my amateur faceup and lack of lashes.

I've had a Breathe (original size) back in the house since mid-lockdown, yay!!! I've given her a face-up, she will be getting a tattoo and some light body blushing where it shows when clothed. Something to keep me distracted from the way the world is currently... she needs restringing badly so have been waiting for that to arrive and then I will start making some clothes for this gal and, unusually for me, I'm thinking contemporary gal who like to wear vintage every now and then Absolutely love her to bits and I am so thankful to be able to get her again after what happened first time.

Pasha did such an amazing job at sculpting, and engineering her dolls.

 

Hi! I've been lurking for a few years now, but now I have one of my own. I have the Crave sculpt. She came in Mars but was broken and her face up all messed up. Yesterday a got a new headpiece and she is now as whole she can get. I feel it is a challange to make her stand.Is anyone else having a problem like that?

 

Yes, Pasha's dolls achieve something so rare and difficult; they carry emotion. They are like poems.

 

@elisvelis, is she a brand new doll or was she bought on the secondary market? She should be able to stand if she is new, if older, chances are she just needs the stringing tightening or replacing. I hope you can get her sorted out either way

 

She is 2nd gen Crave, so quite new. But played around today and got her to stand for a few sec. It's like she wants to sit all the time. But i don't mind that she only want to sit

 

Pasha suedes the joints with b7000 glue and lets it dry 24 hours before stringing the doll. The grip of the glue wears off after a while so this might be the issue with your girl.

 

Will you sell the mini Pasha last version body ? because I have a Simply Beautiful and want to change it for the new body but keep the beautiful Pulse head I have painted hyperrealistic by Pasha. I did asked Erika is I could buy only the mini body, but she said that's not possible.

 

I have a Serenade and she is same size as Pasha as for the top, but not for pants, because Serenade is slimmer than Pasha.

 

Is she original or mini ? Did you do this terrific face up?

Beautiful!! I can't wait for mine to arrive. I got the milk with blood skintone and now I'm regretting getting a blank doll since pasha isn't doing faceups for blank dolls anymore

They are all so beautiful!!! I think that my favourite part of a PashaPasha doll might be their... feet!

 

Anyone have any idea on body blushing and Faceup wait times? We were lucky enough to get ours added just before she quit doing them, and I've heard some vague comments about lengthy wait times for the service, but no actual guesstimate. Anybody have this done and can tell me how long it took? I'm happy to wait, but it my give my constant email checking a break if I knew I had a general idea what timeline I was looking at lol.

 

I’ve only gotten the faceup and body blushing when I preordered my minis. Once she receives the blanks it took maybe three weeks or less before they were out in the mail with full body blushing and faceup. Don’t know if that info helps at all.

I have a question about PashaPasha preorder process. When you go to the website for it, do you have to register or anything before you can order? I've looked and I don't see a sign up page or anything.

Also, when ordering is there an option for face up available? I heard they no longer do them. Or maybe it was just they don't do them as part of the original preorder?

Hi everyone!
Due to circumstances coming up, I didn't end up buying a PP last time I posted. I am however committed to getting in on the Crave preorder this November.
I wanted to breathe some new life into this thread and see if anyone got a Crave?
I am also curious as to what size she takes eyes wise. I know they send eyes with them but it's nice to be able to change it up every now and then.
Any favourite clothing makers?
I'm just impatient already even though I haven't even bought her yet! It says it takes about 4-6 month to produce them. The waiting is what really gets me in this hobby. Anyone else joining in on the preorder?

 

I ended up with Two Craves from the pre order.. here is one . her faceup is by Cynthia Smith of Phantomdolls shes located in the US. and I love her work. she also makes clothes for them like the corset set you see here. and lovely gowns and dresses too. my Sanity Original came in.this month as well, her face and outfit is also by Cynthia. Orginals wear 8mm or 10mm eyes depending on your preference.. Mini wear 6mm to 8mm depending on what you like as a look..m ini also can wear some Tonner 16 inch fashions as well as Gene Marshall but it depends on the outfit pants wont fit but dresses do.. for the Original size. Im a fan of Cynthia Smiths work. I also like a few sellers on Etsy like MKdollart, and a few others you can do a search for Pasha Pasha and shops will come up. Pasha also has a link to designers for shoes. clothing faces. etc on her site. so you might want to browse that. Waiting can be longer im afraid more like 7-9 months depending, my preorder mini was May 2022 and shes not ready yet. so patience they are worth the wait.

Shes so lovely I just placed a preorder for a crave mini today and seeing everyone’s dolls is getting me so excited!
