Resolved Paging Yuna-Ki

Not a problem transaction hopefully. Just have been trying to get in touch with no luck re: some kind of shipping issue all week.

Yuna-Ki purchased a doll from me, I printed a label online so the address was precise to what she’d entered. All very normal until the parcel was ‘out for delivery’ 3 days straight last weekend. I DM’d Yuna-Ki to let her know she should contact her local branch. No response. I have also DM’d her to update when tracking started to report an address error (something about an incorrect name). Still no response. She was very communicative during purchase so again, no assumption of any ill intent. I’m just worried.

UPS per their international branch is having trouble delivering the package. I was on the phone with them yesterday and there appears to be an error with duplicate similar addresses. They say they called Yuna-Ki within an hour of speaking to me. But we still have an undeliverable package, and I still haven’t heard anything from Yuna-Ki. I just want to make sure she gets her doll.

 

The package says it was delivered! Still haven’t heard anything from Yuna-Ki but hopefully this will be sorted soon.

 

The doll is delivered! So that’s good hopefully. Still no responses from my trade partner.

 

Yuna-ki just confirmed she got the doll safely.
