Resolved Paging Wayfarer

I commissioned Wayfarer to paint 2 of my doll heads back at the end of March this year. The last correspondence I have from her on DOA is that she received the heads on March 25. After waiting for the 1-2 months detailed on her faceups page I tried contacting her using both DOA and Instagram.
On May 27th, I sent my first Instagram message after seeing the paging thread made by Senko here and sought to contact Wayfarer on Instagram, then on May 29th she responded that the heads were finished and that she would send pics to me the following Tuesday. I have not since received any responses on either DOA, Instagram, or through email.
I understand that Wayfarer may still be ill as explained in Senko's paging thread and I see that her feedback has been good up to now so I would like to avoid filing a paypal claim and am really just looking to have my heads sent back to me.

 

Update: I still have not received any responses to previous messages and now taking steps to open a claim on PayPal.

 

Upfatr: since filing PayPal claim I have received a shipping confirmation from paypal and no further communication at this time, I will add an update when dolls heads arrive.

 

Update: I received both heads on Tuesday, September 3rd with the faceups completed beautifully. I am happy to have the heads back in my possession and the work commissioned was completed, but I am extremely disappointed that Wayfarer did not personally respond to any of my messages or give me an update over Instagram, personal email, or this forum more than twice in almost half a year. Its upsetting that there was only a development once I moved to file a Paypal claim, and it was only through paypal that I received a shipping notification.

That being said, now that I have the heads back in hand with work completed,the paypal case is closed and I would consider this resolved somewhat unhappily.
