Negative Feedback Paging wampirencja

    1. Hello! Nobody wants to start a paging thread. :(

      I spoke with @wampirencja about a custom outfit she had posted for sale. She said it had sold but can make another. I agreed, and we agreed that I would pay her $40 upfront and the rest upon shipping, which she estimated to be mid-January. Mid-Jan has come and gone. I PMed her the night of February 2nd for an update, but she has not been online to read it.

      I would be greatly appreciative if I could just get an update.
       
    2. @wampirencja was last on the forum Jan 28 and is now being paged.
       
    3. I have had no reply from @wampirencja through email or PM, so I have opened a Paypal dispute and messaged her there.
       
    4. I was going to wait until Saturday afternoon to escalate the dispute to a claim, but wampirencja has not responded to any of my attempts to contact her. :( The claim is now under review by Paypal.
       
    5. wampirencja has finally responded via email.
       
    6. I have received pictures of the finished outfit and paid the final $20. wampirecnja said she will ship on Tuesday. I requested pictures of both the package and receipt.

      As for the Paypal dispute, it is still open and I don't see that she has responded to them.

    8. I have received all requested photos and a functioning tracking number. I'll update again when I receive the package.

    10. Buyer asked for cheaper method of shipping (only partial tracking) so I don't know when it will arrive
       
    11. I was never told this. Our entire agreement was made through PMs on Den of Angels, with no notice of "please email me instead of PM if you have questions".

      I asked for cheaper shipping in December, not February when the shipping deadline passed and wampirecjna wasn't answering me.
       
    12. I have received the outfit, and I cannot come to any conclusion except that wampirencja must think I'm stupid.

      The only part of what was sent that was actually new was the red coat. Everything else has been regularly worn by someone else's doll. The pants are warped and shaped to whatever doll was wearing it before mine; the hems are unfinished; and I cannot even begin to describe how angry I am about the shirt. It is stained throughout with yellow splotches, plagued by uneven and broken seams, and one sleeve will require complete reconstruction.

      Not only is the shirt in poor condition, but wampirencja knew of its flaws and intentionally covered them in the photo she sent to me. This is what leads me to believe that she must think I'm stupid, because I can't think of any other reason that she would cover severe flaws, send the flawed product, and expect nothing to happen.

      Perhaps wampirencja does have reason to think I'm stupid though! She begged me to close the PP claim because she needed to pay rent. I refused, she called Paypal, and they told her all of her funds (she cited $200USD) were gone entirely because of "Polish paypal law". I did not think that was right or true, but had no way to argue it. I, quite foolishly, closed it before I had the clothes to try to help her out, and now I regret it. However, I still sent the $20 for shipping separately and opened a dispute on that payment.


      At this point, wampirencja committed to a commission and shipping deadline she did not meet, ignored all of my requests for an update until her Paypal was frozen, begged me to close it before I had to product in hand, and intentionally sent a flawed product that will need to be resewn to be acceptable. There are so many things I could forgive. Sometimes we cannot meet a deadline, take on more than we can handle,and sometimes hardships simply pop up. What I cannot forgive is bald-faced lying.

      I have told warmpirencja that I am no longer communicating with her over email; only here on Den of Angels and/or through Paypal. She is aware of this thread.


      As for resolutions:
      • I want my second payment of $20 back.
      • I am willing to return the clothes and outfit if a full refund is offered.
      • I am not open to resolutions that do not involve a refund.
