I'm posting here after trying to contact Elena (lenka-lis) via Private Message but it seems she has blocked/ignored me after seeing the subject of my conversation. She is active in the forum and trying to sell other dolls.

I bought a Soom Heliot on Female SG Body from lenka-lis a few year ago here on DoA's Marketplace. The archived thread of the sales post can be found here:

At the time of the sale I asked about certificates and legitimacy and she told be the body and head had a separate certificate each. I got the dolls and certificates and was satisfied with them. I didn't do further checking since Elena had good feedback and was selling other soom dolls and overall seemed like a legit doll collector. Not to mention is strictly prohibited to sell recast in this forum.

Now I'm selling most of my dolls and checking all he certificates i have to make sure im sending the right ones with the right items. The certificate that was supposed to be for Heliot's head is actually a certificate for another item entirely. The other certificate was for an unspecified Christmas event kit. Heliot head has been offered as an option on a Christmas sale by soom before but NOT in 2011 (when she claimed as the the year the doll was made). So this obviously isn't a Heliot certificate.

So with all this I wanted an explanation from Elena and possibly the screen-caps and receipts from original transaction that she also claimed to have for this doll...

I have tried to contact her multiple times and i have given her the benefit of the doubt but this week i noticed she deliberately "removed" herself of the private conversation i started with her and possibly blocked/ignored me. Which is obviously a very big red flag.

Elena is still active in the forum and until last week was still selling dolls including other soom ones. Ironically, in her sale posts she writes that she is looking for a soom Heliot head and would consider trades but "only with COA!!!"

So please @lenka-lis reply to my message (or now this thread) with an honest explanation. I would love for you to send the screen caps of the receipts, or even of a real serial number for the Heliot, so I can be sure you did not sold me a not-legit doll. On DoA of all places.

The fact that you chose to ignore me makes this even worse since you can't pretend you didn't know what you were and are doing.

I have tried to check both certificates on the other soom websites since i read on another forum that soom has a different database on each of its region specific site (euro, eng, korea, etc) but the result only show on EU and ENG websites. One for a Christmas item and another for a Breccia. But no Heliot in specific.

I'm sorry but that isn't a good answer at all. So you essentially decided to ignore because you want to get rid of the dolls and not take responsibility. Great.

When you sold me this doll you said you had screen caps of the original transaction. So you dont have them..? You have no proof of authenticity for this head whatsoever? In this case you shouldn't be selling it as an authentic item.

I'm also leaving the hobby but i would never have the audacity to sell an item without any track record but claim is legit. In additional, block/ignore someone I sold an item to avoid any responsibility. And is appalling you just admitted to that like it's ok.

But If that's the attitude you want to have i will just report you for selling recasts here. You are not a responsible seller and shouldn't be allowed to post dolls on marketplace here.

This is horrible. I paid full price on this and have big doubts its legit at all. And you aren't taking anu responsibility.

At least you were honest about your attitude. And that is that if you sell another doll here and there turns put to have a problem your are just going to ignore the fact. Which makes you a problematic person to have in the marketplace to begin with.

 

The difference? I'm not here trying sell recast dolls as legit ones. Then deciding to just ignore the fact when it comes up years later. That is the difference. A huge one. You can't possibly think this is ok.

You are still selling dolls here. And you just wrote you are going to ignore messages if issues come up.

I'm just reporting you. Is all I can do. This is like deceiving because you know i cant sell this doll. I wouldn't pull this scam on anyone. And it feels you knew this all along because otherwise it would NOT have taken me Paging you (which you think is me "making a scandal") for you to respond....

You could have just answered my messages. I contacted you in December.
You could have offered to look for the receipts.
You could at least tried to make an effort.
Your laptop might have broken but you sure have some trail in emails/inboxes/etc. You could have reacted in any number or honest and genuine ways to react to this.

You chose to ignore me because you were sure you could get away with this. And that's the biggest problem here. You probably didn't have any receipts from the beginning -_-" i was just naive.

Is very possible you just threw a certificate you had laying around for a head you bought somewhere else. I mean, you are not striking me as an honest person. That's all.

And how the hell am I suppose to send messages in a Russian forum lol Are you insane? Why you think i could even write her? It really feels you are not even taking this seriously and wont. God this is frustrating.
