Resolved Paging User Fush! - Resolved by Paypal

I had bought a doll from the user Fush,and have not received the doll yet, and they had told me that they were in the hospital for a car accident back in march, and I have not received word back from them after these messages? I would really like to receive my doll and I would really like to know if they're okay!

 

Note that I have already paid for the doll, and they did say they would be able to ship the doll pretty shortly after they got out of the hospital, but i have not received word from them after this.

 

No word from them yet.... does anyone have any suggestions on how long to wait before opening a paypal dispute?

 

Oh! Some good news! I opened up a dispute on paypal, and Fush has replied to me! They had lost communication!

Here is the message I received! (Note! They had tried to send the package before, but it was returned to seller!)

" I apologize but I has lost the address and wasnt able to find contact infomation even on paypal. I had lost access to the site we were using to communicate. if i can get the address again please i will send it. it kept getting returned to me so I feel it wasnt the correct address."

I am very happy that they are okay, I was more worried about their health than anything!

I would prefer to keep this thread open until I actually receive the package, though!​

 

After replying to me once.... they have not replied to me again. I am getting very frustrated with this situation. I may just have to open a claim and not get my doll after all...

 

After opening a claim, and having it resolved in my favor, Fush has finally messaged me again. They are still willing to ship the body to me, but I will have to re-pay for the body once again. I am so frustrated with this .

 

Unfortunately this never got resolved! I eventually gave up on this transaction and actually fell out of the bjd hobby for a bit (my apologies!)

 

I ended up opening a PayPal claim and won, so I received my money back
