Resolved Paging The Count

    1. I bought a Withdoll Cathy from The Count on May 4, 2019 and received it May 21. It arrived with a broken kneecap and a dented and scratched thigh. The body was loose and in the fetal position in the bubble wrap. The hands had been removed and wrapped separately, leaving the exposed right wrist to scratch and dent the thigh. The box appeared to have been roughly handled as well, so that may have caused the kneecap to break. I need The Count to submit a service ticket with Canada Post to resolve this since the doll was insured (I live in the US). I have left multiple messages for her. It appears she has not logged in in over two weeks. I would like to try to resolve this before leaving negative feedback.

    3. It appears that I have been negligent of the forum and I did not get to see this issue until today @marmal7 @CathyM @hobbywhelmed

      I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as its nearly been a year. I will contact Canada post but I have doubts they will be able to do anything so far out from the issue and due to the fact that I do not have possession of the receipt or records.

      In this case I'll be open to negotiating something with you, @marmal7 in order to rectify my wrong.

    7. @marmal7 I checked with Canada post and as it's been too long since I shipped to you, there is nothing that they can do. When I shipped she was well wrapped, for her to be posed as she was when you received her is not my usual method of packaging, I like to tightly wrap things in bubble wrap. And pack the boxes with paper or peanuts.

      I'd be willing to give you a small refund on order to make up for the break, if you are interested. I am so sorry this matter went unattended for so long.
