Negative Feedback Paging softnite

I hate to do this, but its been over 4 months since this started and I feel I've been more than generous with my patience. I'm just going to summarize the conversations, if a direct copy/paste is warranted I will do so, but my issue is with @softnite not sending the COA for a doll I purchased 2/9/19. All I want is the COA for the doll.

2/8/19: I contacted softnite requesting to purchase her Narae from the marketplace here. /threads/was-390-now-290-–-bimong-narae-full-doll-normal.796380/
2/8/19: softnite responded with a $50 shipping charge
2/8/19: I agreed to the shipping charge and requested confirmation of any/all damages
2/8/19: softnite responded with a report on damages and gave me her paypal address and requested my physical address, stating that she would ship Monday or Tuesday (2/11 or 2/12)
2/9/19: I sent softnite the money via paypal and gave her m physical address
2/12/19: softnite let me know that shipping would be delayed due to weather
2/13/19: I left softnite know that I understood the weather concerns
2/16/19: I contacted softnite to inquire about shipping
2/18/19:I contacted softnite to inquire about shipping
2/18/19: softnite responded that she was doing the shipping and would have her daughter take the doll to the post office, she provided me a tracking number
2/18/19: I confirmed receipt of the tracking number
2/20/19: softnite told me she was just then boxing up the doll due to illness and her daughter would take the doll to the post office tomorrow (2/21)
2/21/19: I responded to let me know when the doll was shipped
2/22/19: I checked in to see if the doll had been shipped
2/22/19: softnite responded that her daughter just went to the post office and hadn't prior due to illness, I was also informed that the COA was not in the box due to softnite being unable to traverse the steps and she would send me something extra
2/23/19: I responded that I would definitely still want the COA
2/25/19 I told softnite I got the doll and that the only additional concern was a loose magnet from the headcap but it's an easy fix
2/26/19 softnite responded that she should have glued the magnet
2/26/19 I responded random junk about magnets
3/13/19 I checked on the COA
3/13/19 softnite responded that due to going to the ER, a nursing facility, and currently being in hospital bed in her living room she was unable to mail the COA yet
3/14/19 I responded requesting just to be updated
3/18/19 softnite told me about a dream where I was sending her a nasty notice about the COA, she promised to send the COA as soon as she could climb the stairs
3/19/19 I responded that there was no rush
4/11/19 I checked on the COA
4/12/19 softnite responded that she was doing better but cannot go up stairs, he also updated her profile so I could see when she had been online
4/13/19 I responded again no rush, focus on her health
5/20/19 I checked on the COA
5/20/19 softnite responded that she was aiming to get upstrais that week (5/19-5/25)
6/25/19 I checked on the COA
6/30/19 I gave softnite the following ultimatum:
"I hate to do this but I feel like it's gone on far too long. I paid you $340 for the doll on 2/9/2019. After problems with the weather and getting the doll to the post office, you were able to ship the doll 2/22/19, at that time you informed me that you were unable to include the COA. I've been trying to check in regularly since then to inquire about having the COA sent to me and thus far you've been unable to send it.

I last checked in on 6/25/19 and haven't heard back from you. It looks like you were last online about 16 hours ago.

At this point I'm going to give you until Tuesday 7/2/19 to send the COA or I'll open a dispute on the board here. If you tell me you've mailed the COA by Tuesday I will then give the COA until 7/10/19 to arrive or I will open a dispute of the board here.

I hate to do this but I felt it was time to make some time limits. I feel I've been overly generous to you since it's been over 4 months since I paid you and I'm still waiting for the COA. I hope you understand, I really do prefer to be more laid back about transactions but I feel that since it's been so long you've pushed my hand."

 

@softnite has sent me a private message requesting that I give her until the end of the month. I've told her that she's asked me to wait until the end of he week before and now it's been over 4 months. How long should I have to wait for a piece of paper? That's all I've ever asked for. And really I wouldn't worry about it but there's so much concern over recasts that this little piece of paper is actually pretty important to many collectors (myself include at this point). I've asked softnite to converse via the paging thread.

I feel very bad to your health but perhaps, softnite, you should suspend any sales or marketplace activity until you can physically handle them? This appears to be a pattern at this point and is very concerning to me. I went to look for my thread in this forum and found 3 others from June so this is not the first time this has happened.

 

Can't edit my post so I figured I would correct myself, softnite has 1 other paging thread in June, for some reason I saw it come up 3x.

 

The last response I received from softnite was 7/4/19 via PM where softnite responded that she would discuss this matter here and that she was somewhat happy I was forcing her hand as this may motivate her. No response since.

 

Still no response from softtnite (I keep skipping a "t" in her name dangit!). And I found it important to note that since Monday her profile has been set to private so I can no longer see when she has last been online.
