    1. I bought a doll from @siriusstar back at the end of August. There was a bit of a delay as Siriusstar was looking for the certificate among her other Soom certificates, and the doll was eventually sent, but still no certificate. I let her know that I could wait for the COA, but I still would like it eventually after she contacted Soom and sorted out which one it was.

      I haven't gotten any reply or update since September 11 on whether or not the certificate issued was sorted out, despite Siriusstar reading my messages. I would like a reply and update on what is going on, and also have the certificate sent. I'm confident that the doll is legit, but I do want to keep the certificate with the doll as promised in the sales post.

    4. Yes and no - I have heard back from Siriusstar and she's been in contact with Soom, but they're having trouble finding the certificate numbers from that far back. Trying
      to sort out which number is which hasn't been resolved, but Siriusstar has been letting me know how things are going.

Not much to update - I tried sending a message to Siriusstar's email that I had from her PayPal address, as that was the only email contact I had, and the message bounced back immediately as undeliverable. I sent another pm here instead, and hope that might ping her real email enough to come back and check.

    10. I have been in touch. My old email no longer works here. I have now sent a certificate as asked.

      I found out upon messaging Soom on their QandA board that Soom doesn’t keep records of dolls beyond ten years, and apparently you cannot authenticate COAs older than that, as I have several certificates that can’t be verified. They asked for an order number, but I had a hard drive crash in 2013 and no longer have any emails before that date, even if I kept that info there. For that reason I couldn’t tell which of my certificates belonged to the doll purchased. I tried multiple methods. I have now shipped one of my unknown certificates to Mimiko as asked.
