PAGING rjladya2 - RESOLVED

Huh. I was about to do this.

I paid over $50 for a Mini house, and it never arrived..... and I havn't been able to get in touch with her.

 

Same here. I paid half of the minihouse (30$) and have seen nothing of it. She came back shortly and apologised and promised to get everything done, but she hasn't.

 

At this stage, I don;t think we are going to hear anything back from her.

It would have been nice of her to PM us, at least.

 

The thing is, she PMd after that but never sent it... and I did confirm my address with her and everything. And that was the last time she logged in... she's not been around since.

 

Since she lives in my state and I have her phone number, I can try to contact her, but she's been pretty bad about answering the phone. She's been having custody issues and stuff with her ex, so she's been busy.

 

*edit* Ok, got ahold of her on the phone today (October 13). Her internet has been going down a lot. I talked to her on the phone and she said she gave out her phone number to people, but that nobody has called her. She has items at her house that were returned to sender. I guess try PMing her again?

 

Actually if i had seen this thread from all of you.
you would have gotten a response from me. I didn't know i was being paged and had to ask zagzagael about it.
I got tired of sending pm's and receiving no answer so i posted requests for mailing addresses on my marketplace and feedbakc threads. I even pmd each of you with my cell phone number.
There has been no confirmation of mailing addresses from anyone. I have two houses sitting in my house to be shipped.
Guide I shiopped it once and it was sent back to me because no one picked it up.
Krysia i do not have your address.

I got a PM this week saying she left my package to the mailroom guy at her job so he can package it safely and send it... so I hope it gets here.

 

I sent a PM to rjladya2 on the 19th of December. Since then, I have sent 2 more. I have still not got a reply.

 

Does anyone have an email address that could be used instead of PMs?

 

Her LJ linked in her signature looks to have a function where you can send her a text message, maybe you can try that?

I'm not involved in this, so I'm sorry if it's not my place to say anything but on the 4th she PMed me wanting to buy some small things from my sales thread.

 

I PM'ed recently and she has not answered, although she has been online.

 

She just posted today in the Mystic eyes pre-order thread...

 

Still no response to any of my messages either.

i tried talking to zagzagael before and i think some things might be lost in translation.
i refunded dreadful me months ago and sent the screencap to her and offered it to zagzagael.

guide's house came back to me saying undeliverable. I'm lucky i got it back from customs at all, its still sitting in my house.
i need a new address a different one because it will not go there.

krysia and i agreed for her not ot pay shipping or the other half of the house price because of the mixup and i mailed her house two weeks ago. i sent her customs numbers via pm and i can get them from home to send you.

i have finished transactions as buyer an seller since then without a problem. i tried to see what color eyes were in a marketplace thread and was asked if i knew i was being paged. i didn't, so I am asking you for help in this matter. I don't know what to do with all of this. I did what I said i would and it doesn't seem to matter at all.

I was advised ot post the above pm in hopes of getting resolutions. I know no one wants to not have their item. I know i like making them. I hope that this is an honest and true thread because want to make sure everyne is happy with their transactions.

 

also i have received no pms since the server move.

 

I have sent you my address several times by PM, and have attempted to PM you after the server move. I have also sent you e-mails, previously to the address that I used to paypal my payment to you, and also via the e-mail option on your profile, and the address that you listed there.

I have had e-mails bounce from your address. I have tried this from both my e-mail accounts, so I am not sure what is going on.

I have also recieved no messages from you. I don't know if you have sent any to me, but I have nothing in my inbox. I am sending you another PM now.

I never got your PM with the tracking number, could you please re-send it? Because I know it hasn't arrived but that's not that strange, I know how our post office can be.

I still have not recieved any reply to my messages, even though I sent the last one while rjladya2 was online, and she remained online for some time afterwards. I know she has not been on DoA for the last few days, but she could have replied when I sent it.

I have to say, I would feel a lot less bitter about this if- at any point- I had recieved a PM from rjladya2 to tell me what was happening. At no point during this transaction have I gotten a message from her unless I PM'ed first, and she did not send me a message to tell me that my package was returned to her. I had to find that out by reading her comissions thread months later.

I have to say, I am very, very dissapointed about all this.

 

rjladya2 was online today, and has not replied to any of my messages again.

 

I sent her a PM asking her for the tracking number and didn't get a reply either. The package has not arrived, and, if she posted it when she said she did, it's been 3 weeks.

I'm afraid that I simply don't believe you at this stage. How could you have sent me messages through Paypal if I am getting payment confirmations from them every week or so, but no messages from you? Why is it that only a day or so ago I got a message here on DoA from a mod, and then another forum member, but I have yet to get a single PM from you?

At this stage, I would like a refund.

I do not want the item to be resent, because the first time you sent it I recieved no messages to say you had posted it, and no messages to say it had been returned. I know another forum member is waiting for an item you promised to send too, and has not yet recieved it.

rjladya2 has not been on DoA since the 11th, but I am still waiting for a reply to my messages/explination as to why I have not recieved any info or a refund. I am waiting for replies to both e-mails and PMs on here.

 

It is now the 24th, and rjladya2 has still not been on DoA since the 11th. As such, this issue is still not resolved.

 

Still not word from her, either on or off DoA. It concerns me that she is making no effort at all to contact me, and has not done so since this problem started.

I still have no idea why you have not recieved any of the numerous e-mails I have sent you. I am also not entirely sure why you have never once sent me a message on DoA either. I am not going to speculate as to why this might be, because I am not familiar with the intimate workings of computers and web-based e-mail, and the vast amounts of problems they seem to have.

However, as far as I am concerned, this is over. I don't want the house, but maybe someone else will.
