Resolved Paging Riin

I am trying to get ahold of member Riin. On Feb 21, 2018, I commissioned her to knit two pairs of handknitted stockings, based on the thread she had posted in the handcrafted goods marketplace. Although she doesn't have feedback here on DOA, she has 100% positive feedback on Etsy, and her work looks lovely, so I was more than willing to risk it. Work started quickly, and the progress photos were encouraging. Then Riin got a hand injury which understandably slowed things down. Another update, with beautiful progress, but after that, communication slowed to a halt. My last message was a week ago, and I have not heard back. The reason for my concern is that PayPal allows six months for a refund. I would be happy to work something out, because to be honest I am so busy with work that waiting a few more months is not a problem. However, to do this, I would want to do a refund, then start the transaction over again to restart the six month clock.

Riin, I am very glad to hear from you, but the problem is that I lose PayPal protection on August 21, in 8 days. I doubt that I will receive your package by then, given that you are not planning to send it out until tomorrow night. Could you post a picture to this thread of the two pairs of finished stockings as well as the tracking information, so that I can rest easy that they have been sent? Thank you!
