Resolved Paging revien...

I completed a layaway on September 1, and revien said the package was ready to ship. I have not heard anything since then; no communication of any kind since 8/31/16. I just need revien to ship my doll; I completed my part of the deal, now she has a responsbility to complete her part by shipping it.

 

Still no communication from revien about shipping my doll.

 

No change in status.

 

She issued a refund in the amount of shipping cost I paid; it's in pending status right now in my PayPal account. I am hoping that means she has shipped my doll. I had asked her to give me tracking information when it became available, but I still haven't had any response other than the refund. I do appreciate this refund, but will more appreciate my doll finally arriving. I will update the status here if the doll arrives.

 

The doll finally arrived today, 9/14/2016; exactly two weeks from the completion of payment (shipment was from and to US addresses). The seller put a note on the PayPal shipping refund on 9/12/16 saying the doll had been returned to sender due to insufficient postage. Due to that error, the shipping cost was refunded. I have no idea what date the seller initially shipped the doll, because there was no communication from her. The doll is in good condition, as described, and I consider this transaction now closed.
