Resolved Paging revien - Unhappily resolved via paypal refund

I purchased a Volks SD16 NS body from revien last month and seller was supposed to ship it on the 20th, but she stopped communication with me on the 18th. I sent follow up messages twice, the last being the 2nd of this month. I just want to make sure she's ok and see when she can finally ship off my body.

 

I've still yet to hear back from @revien.

 

Sent, @revien an email since she hasn't replied to any of my PMs here. I hope she responds there.

 

Because @revien hasn't replied to any of my messages on here, email or twitter, I have had to start a claim with PayPal. Unfortunately, I will also have to leave her negative feedback for her dismal communication and for not finishing our transaction. I waited over 2 months to hear from her and can no longer wait.

 

Will do, @CathyM. I had to escalate my claim since she hasn't responded through PayPal, either.

 

Updating this thread to report that PayPal has concluded their investigation and have decided in my favour. They were able to recover my layaway payments, since seller never replied. This matter is unhappily resolved. You can now close this thread and I'm going to post appropriate feedback for revien.
