Resolved Paging Raffael

    1. I paid for a Supia Noa head on the 13th October 2016 sold by member Raffael. I was told the head would be posted 2 days later and Raffael said she would provide a tracking number after she ships. Now it's the 24th October and I've heard nothing! I'm quite upset because I sent payment as for Family and Friends so Raffael would receive the full amount and I can't claim this money back via PayPal. I was friendly and nice but now I'm really worried that I've lost my money:(

    2. I finally heard from Raffael and she still hasn't posted my head! I'm very disappointed and have told her I prefer my money back. It's been almost 2 weeks since I paid for it! :(

    4. Oh sorry, I havent't seen the paging thread before - I am just now again replying to Paulina via PM :-)
      I have explained my situation (in private and would prefer to not to so in public) and have posted the head via DHL as agreed upon 2 days ago and am just now uploading screenshots of the receipts to photobucket so that I can insert the tracking info as pictures in messages :-)
      So sorry for this delay and the trouble caused.

    5. I can not see the tracking number on the picture Raffael sent me. It's too blurry and small. I have asked her to please send me the number in writing.

    7. Another small update: Paulina was as kind as to let me know that the head arrived with her today :) I am very happy about this and would like to ask whether we still need the paging thread open?
