Negative Feedback Paging Pikeh

    1. 3 month ago I was looking for a Crobidoll Lance and Pikeh contacted me telling me that she would sell her Lance for 600$ to me, we agreed on a 3 month long layaway, I paid on the assigned dates and all went well.
      The 1/9 I was ready to pay the last 200$ + the shipping and wrote to her that I would like to know the shipping so I could pay her as soon as possible. She didn't reply on the message and I wrote again to her 3/9 for letting her know I was trying to contact her and I still didn''t get a reply, again i wrote to her 5/9 since I saw she had been online the day before but didn't wrote to me and wanted to know what was going on and that I would want to hear from her, and let her have 3 more days to respond...
      And today (8/9) I was checking on her and saw that she had been online yesterday and still hadn't replied.. this made me really broken since I feel like I have lost 400$...
      I want this to be resolved and have a happy ending...

      So please Pikeh write to me so I know what is going on and having this resolved without any trouble...

      Now it has been 11 days since I should have paid you and I have tried to contact you several times but I have not gotten an answer from you. I even paged you.
      Since I saw you have been online today to I assume you don't want to sell him and just taken the 400$ from me... I am really hurt and I feel like there are no other way than claiming the 400$ back...
      So if you don't answer me by Monday the 14 september then I will call Paypal and make them draw the money back that I have paid and will show them these messages as evidence if they need it.

      We made an agreement that if I backed out she would keep the 100$ but since this is not the case were I want to back out because I dont want to buy but because she havent contacted me or anything and making me wait to pay her then I will assume it is fair to claim all 400$ back.
      I have given her another 3 days to contact me... she had been online more than 5 times since the "problem" started and I would say that anybody would be able to see that they have got something in their inbox when you have been writing 5 times!

      I am now waiting for her to ship the doll out and I will post here if there is coming any update and when the doll arrives.

      I am now waiting for the Tracking number for the doll.... I have let the "max 4 days" slipped for being nice, but I still want to point out that she broke the deal of shipping the doll out "within 4 days" which was very disturbing since I felt uncomfortable again.

      That makes it now Saturday here and post office won't be open again until Monday.
      this means I haven't made the four day deadline, so if you would are still wanting to go the rerun route, you are entitled to do so, and I'm happy to do what makes you happy. But I do have a limited edition doll packaged up with your address on it that just needs to get to a post office.

      I'm again sorry for my lack of communication in this process, you have been very constant in your payments and communication, and my inattention is what's caused this issue. Again I apologise for this."

      I am now waiting for her answer and hopefully a tracking number for the doll monday. She has broken the "within 4 days" shipping and she broke the promise that her sister would ship it yesterday... as you can see it was because her sister had something important to do, I will accept that this time but if I hear another excuse monday then I will have the money back plus the shipping money.

      He was shipped yesterday but unfortunatley the internet at my house went down all night so Im sending you all the details now! He can be tracked until he leaves Australia at www.auspost.com.au/track withthe Article ID of ************ nd when he leaves Australia you can call 13 13 18 and they can tell you where he is.

      Now he was sent yesterday with full Insurance and tracking at express level of shipping so I was quoted 3-7 days yesterday so hopefully you should recieve him super soon! I bumped up the shipping to express for you at no extra charge as a bit of a "Sorry this has been painful" Altogether the shipping came to $XXX.XX USD so I hope that can make everything a bit nicer for you!

      I am now waiting for the arrival of the doll and will then give a quick response in here to let you know that everything is all right :)
       
    10. UPDATE!

      2 october: the doll is finally home.

      The doll is in good condition since it was in a box, but the packing was poor around the box, since I could see into the box, I don't know if thats something that happened under transit.

      The one problem there was is that the adress she wrote on the box is the wrong adress.
      I was so lucky that when I called the post office to hear what was going on and heard that the adress was wrong that they were so sweet to me and helped me getting the letter with how much I had to pay in customs that they sent it with Email and helped me through another way to get it delivered.
      But all this would have been avoided if Pikeh had wrote the right adress....

      I would say the case is resolved but I feel very neutral and a little negative with this deal because of the lack of communication and broken deals.
