Resolved Paging Peachy

Looking to get in contact with @Peachy regarding a layaway they have in progress with me.
I sent a message a week ago that has not been replied to.

 

I can see Peachy has been on the forum since being paged (11 hours ago as of time of writing, which is after @eleniel activated paging) so I would just like to explain why I am paging them.

Peachy messaged me on May 4th asking about the DF-H body I had for sale in the marketplace. They asked if they could put a down payment on it that Friday and put the body on layaway, which I agreed to.

I gave Peachy my Paypal details and I received the deposit on May 10th, then messaged Peachy confirming the deposit had been received.

On June 12th, I messaged Peachy checking in as it had been over a month since the last payment had been sent and if they could message me once they had sent the next installment.

My message was not replied to for a week, during which I could see Peachy had been using DoA. I then opened this paging thread seeking to communicate with them.

@Peachy if you read this, I would appreciate you getting in contact with me as to whether the layaway will be paid for.

If the layaway is going to be continued, I would like a payment of at least $50 USD sent to my Paypal by July 6th with the next installment due 1 month after that payment.

If the layaway is not going to be continued, as per the conditions stated in the marketplace listing, the $75 USD deposit will not be refunded and negative feedback will be left for defaulting on the layaway.

If I do not receive communication from Peachy by July 6th, I will assume they do not want to continue the layaway and change this thread to negative feedback.

 

Update: Peachy has been in contact via DM and said they will pay the layaway.
I will keep this thread open until the doll is delivered.

Update: It is now the 4th of July and I still haven't received any further communication or payment from Peachy.

I have sent them a final payment reminder message stating that if no payment is sent by July 6th as stated in this thread, the transaction will be cancelled.

@onee-chan-taichou please add into this thread if you receive any payment or communication from Peachy

I have also received a payment and have communicated with Peachy.
I am keeping this thread open until the layaway is concluded and the parcel is delivered.

 

I have also received my final payment and will ship the item I sold by this Friday.

My tracking shows the parcel has been delivered. I have reached out to Peachy via private message on August the 22nd to confirm delivery, but I have not received a reply.

I have left Neutral feedback for Peachy based on DoA's Marketplace rules (to quote, "any transaction that was ultimately successful but that had noteworthy problems").
With the parcel successfully delivered as far as I am aware, I consider this matter resolved on my end.

Peachy has now gotten back to me confirming the parcel arrived safely.
