Resolved Paging Nonexistent

Hello~
Paging user Nonexistent.

I purchased Soom Idealian jointed hands from her back in July on layaway. The final payment was sent July 18th and then the hands were supposed to be shipped the 20th. Shipment was delayed to July 25th and then August 5th due to sickness and from then all communication had stopped. I have not received the hands, so I am positive they have not been shipped.

I've messaged on here several times and tried to contact on Instagram provided on her profile but have had no luck... maybe a page will help...?

I want to know if the hands were shipped or not. If shipped the tracking number. If not, the hands to be shipped within a week or a refund for both payments as I see that as only fair waiting nearly two months.
If I don't hear back from them soon, my next move is making a paypal claim. ^^

 

Nonexistent has contacted me via email in regards to the hands. I will update this thread once they have been shipped.
