Resolved Paging Noctariol Veladi

    1. Noctariol Veladi hasn't done anything wrong, they just disappeared before our transaction was completed. I'm waiting for a confirmation that they received the doll I sold them.

      They wrote something about being/going on vacation around the March 31. It was my bad not asking about it, but since it was around Easter, I assumed they would get home within April 10.

      Noctariol Veladi hasn't been online since April 2 and the tracking number says the package was delivered on April 8.

    4. I paid the whole doll before I received it. So yes, I didn't do anything wrong.
      I paid.
      The package was with tracking, it was delievered.
      Contract complete.
      Why is this seen as a problem transaction and why am I being paged as if I had made a damn mistake?!

      Yes, it was easter and sorry that my job is very time consuming that I can not log in here every day or twice week because I also have sick parents at home.
      SORRY.

      I wrote the feedback now, so please solve this.

    5. I think you misunderstand. As I wrote there is no problem and being paged is not necessary a bad thing. I didn't hear from you and started to worry if the doll had been delivered to the wrong address. Also, since I didn't hear from you for so long I wasn't sure if the postal service still would refund the insurance money and therefore I didn't dare to use the money in case something happened. Yes, the tracking said the package was delivered, but I still worried that it was to a wrong address

      I know that life can get hectic and I'm very sorry to hear about your parents, but I don't think it would take more than 5 minutes to log into DoA and send a PM with an "I have received the doll".

    6. I do not get the problem either. If the tracking sais it was delievered, then it was delievered.
      The rest is not your problem, to be honest.
      As soon as tracking sais "delievered", the rest is NOT your problem anymore.
      Sorry if that sounds rude, but that just is it.
      Whenever I sale my things on ebay or via shop, I do the same because that is why you usually ask/ offer tracking:
      to be safe. Once it sais "package delievered", contract is fullfield and you can do with your money what every you want.
      So for me this thing here is totally pointless.

      For me paging is bad, because I don't like to be blamed for something where I did not make a mistake!!
      It is logical that -if the package would not have been delievered- I would have come back to you.
      And well about the 5 minutes, after a 14 hours day the last thing I think about is to write some feedback.
      Now I have days off and have to spend time with such things here.

      Anyway it is solved now, I wrote your feedback and now I will not answer here anymore.
      I do understand your point, on the other hand I just think it was unnecassary.

    7. There never was a problem, to begin with, only I was worried since you didn't write back. But yes, problem solved I guess.

      Even though the tracking says that the package was delivered something could still be wrong. I have tried once before that my package was delivered to a wrong address, but I was lucky that it was an honest person that returned it to the post office so it could be delivered to me. Not all people are that honest, though. Also, I didn't know how long your vacation was. In theory, you could've been on a long vacation with no internet connection and then let your parents or a partner receive the doll for you. The doll could also have been damaged during shipping. So I don't consider the transaction done just because the tracking number says it was delivered.

      But well, now I know you got the doll and that things were okay and that makes me relieved.

      The Paging status is not always a bad thing. In this case, it was simply a way to alert you that someone was trying to contact you. And Paging statuses remain enacted until both parties report that everything is alright. As you can see, your Paging status has been removed, and this thread is now closed.

      In the future, if you are Paged again, all you need to do is check into the Problem Transactions area to find the correct thread to respond to.
