Resolved Paging nenanena

    1. My problem isn't so much a problem transaction, as I am just trying to refund or send her items to her again (if that's what she wants).

      This is the situation:

      Last year in August, nenanena bought a pair of Volks X BTSSB SD shoes from me, and I threw in two wigs for free at her request. I shipped it to her within a few days, and gave her the customs label # so she could track it on usps.com.

      Fast forward to September, when she asks me if I have the receipt for the shipment, as it's been nearly a month and she still hasn't gotten her package. Alarmed, I also checked the customs label and for some reason they held it in U.S. customs for a few weeks (which is weird and I have never seen that happen here in the states), but it had shipped a few days before she contacted me. I sent her picture of the receipt along with the tracking info I had checked. I didn't get a reply from her after that.

      Then in December, my heart sunk when I saw the package returned in my mailbox. The post in Poland (where she resided at the time of the transaction) stamped on the box that the address information had been incorrect. I used the exact printed address label in Paypal, so I can only assume she had it inputed incorrectly.

      Unfortunately I didn't save any of her Paypal information in my e-mail inbox, nor does Paypal keep any statements or information after three months. I sent her two PM's, once telling her that I could re-ship it to a legit address as long as she made up the shipping difference. The second PM was back in January saying I could refund her or ship it somewhere else, I just want to make things right.

      If any of her friends here can get in contact with her, that would be great! I just need some reassurance so she can contact me through her own account here on DoA and I can either give her the money back by sending a payment to her by Paypal (I know the exact amount, I do not want to disclose that publicly since anyone could claim this on any account) or re-ship to a different, CORRECT address (and I will gladly cover the cost even though it was not my fault that the package came back.)

      Any information would be much appreciated!

    4. I found her e-mail through the customs label and shipping receipt I kept and notified her. However that was already two months ago and I still have not heard anything back. I'll try PMing her again.

    7. Just thought I would point out that I have still not been able to get in contact with her, nor has she contacted me. This has not been resolved, but I guess she doesn't want her stuff or her money back :/
       
    8. This happened 6 years ago and I honestly don't remember what happened afterwards. I hadn't been very active on the forum either. All I remember is trying to get in contact for a few months after this happened.
