Resolved Paging Nanyalin

I started a 3 month layaway with @Nanyalin January 15 for a Volks Williams head with the idea that I would potentially pay it off early. They were very communicative, friendly, and quick to respond during the agreement and set up phase.

I did fully pay it off February 14 and messaged to that effect. A week later on February 21 they responded that they received the payment, but needed my mailing address that I had forgotten to add. The very next day I messaged my mailing address.

I waited over a week for a response before messaging again on March 2nd asking for a shipping update. However, the last contact I have received was the message on Feb 21.

Nanyalin has also not been on the forum for 2 1/2 weeks now.

 

It has now been almost four weeks exactly since I last heard from Nanyalin. The forum shows they logged in two days ago, but they did not open my convo.

I am increasingly concerned and have messaged them once more asking for an update.

 

I noticed I don't see a "Being Paged" for Nanyalin when I look. Not sure why?

I still have not heard from them and it has been over a month now since I fully paid off the head. I have sent a message via Paypal in hopes of a response.

 

I never received a response via PayPal. However, this past Monday (the 15th), I attempted to contact Nanyalin on Instagram. I had noticed they had broken silence and posted they'd been dealing with some things. I waited, yet again, hoping this meant they would get around to messaging me, but they never did, so I tried Instagram. Yesterday morning (the 18th), they messaged me back, finally. They said they forgot they had "DoA pending stuff", but told me they would get the head in the mail ASAP that day. They have now shipped the head in the mail and have sent me a tracking number. I will wait for it to arrive and assess before calling this matter closed.

 

Update: The package arrived Thursday while I was at work and didn't get a chance to inspect him until late the next day. Everything was as described. I let Nanyalin know on Instagram that he had arrived to me. Since this was the best possible outcome, I am considering this issue now resolved.
