    1. Hi

      Re Masterpiece eyes purchased on 30th April and sent with aborted DHL shipment on 22nd May; can you let me know if you managed to re-ship as arranged on 30th May?

      I haven't heard from you since then, I realise you may be travelling...

      If there is any difficulty in arranging the shipment I am happy to accept a refund.

    3. Unfortunately, due to the complete lack of response from the seller since our last correspondence on the 30th of May, including no response to a PayPal dispute registered last week on this matter, I have escalated the dispute to PayPal as of yesterday.

      I am still hopeful that this matter can be resolved if the seller gets in touch with me.

    4. PayPal is holding the amount and will be refunded, ive been out of the country and the eyes shipped already to the second asdress that you gave me, please don't receive it

    5. Oh, I see... I haven't received it yet so wasn't aware that it had been shipped.

      If you notify PayPal of the date of shipment and the tracking number, I believe they will release the money.

    6. The tracking number you provided to PayPal was for the original shipment which was returned to you.

      You'll need to provide documentation for the subsequent shipment to the alternate address to PayPal. Unfortunately the item has not yet been received.
