Paging Meelee (I'm SO sorry to have to do this!)

I also bought some of her jellies and haven't received them. I paid her around Dec. 27th. I last heard from her on Jan. 10th saying she's been really busy but was going to mail out my jellies that day. Well, I still haven't received them. I PM'd her recently but no answer. I'd love to know what's going on. Meelee if you are out there please get in touch with us.

 

Meelee is a very good personal friend of mine. She has been busy lately what with school and a problem with her car. However if its been that long she should have sent out your stuff or at least replied to you! ^^; I will try and get ahold of her by phone and see whats going on for you guys!

I guess you haven't heard from her yet, Sher? I haven't either. I'm not very optomistic at this point. I really, really wanted those bracelets. I don't understand because Meelee said she was going to mail mine out the next day after her PM which was Jan 10th. If she has them ready, how difficult is it to mail them out? Obviously she's okay if Syndal_lynn just spoke to her on the phone. So what's the deal? This isn't right. We paid for something, we should receive it.

 

Hey guys. I got ahold of Meelee again. She says she's sorry about all this and she has said that she would like to refund you guys your money and still send out your bracelets since its been so long.

She said she's been so busy with her new school that she hasn't had time to get onto DoA and such. SO! Those of you who paid with Paypal, expect a refund either tonight or tomorrow morning. HOWEVER if you don't get them in that time frame file a claim so YOU are secure in getting your cash back!

Those of you who paid with concealed cash or mony orders, Meelee gets paid this Saturday. Bracelets and money will be sent out sometime this week. They are all in her car waiting to go.

I am sorry I can't offer more for you guys who have paid via cash or money order ): I will be sure to call her all this week once she has been paid and if I need to I'll go over to her place and pick your your stuff and send it out myself. SO expect your things to be sent out on the 7th or 8th of Feb. Myself or Meelee will PM you when they are sent out.

Again, I'm sorry guys. I'm doign everything I can to make this better for you guys.

 

Thank you so much, Syndal_lynn! I was getting concerned that she was really ill or something. I'm glad she's alright and that this will be settled. I've been wanting jellie bracelets that fit bigger dolls for a long time and I was excited when I found her shop.

It's nice of her to refund us the money and to also send us the bracelets. I was worried that I would be out of thirteen bucks. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it is when I'm jobless!

 

Well if you want to its an option to repay her after you get your bracelets, but like I said, she's going to just go ahead and refund you guys and send you your stuff. We (and me as well!) justw ant everyone to be happy though this ^^;;; We apolgise for this and I do hope everyone gets there stuff very soon ^______^ *hugs*

I know whta its like to buy stuff and wait forever for it, so if I get a chance to help others out, I do ^^;; Knowing Meelee personally, she's not out to keep your'alls money. She just gets really busy and puts things on the back burner. But be assured she has thusly decided to hop on it and get thinsg straighted out. :P And I am here with my whip to make sure everythign gets done :P

I feel like Sher does in that she does not need to refund my money if she is going to send out the bracelets. I really just want the bracelets. Hey again guys, update time ^^

Meelee did one refund tonight for whomever filed the claim for it. Unfortunatlys he doesn't have the money to do the others, so she said if you want your refund, file the paypal claim. That way when she gets paid on Sat. (She gets direct deposited into her account) she can just go into her account and hit the 'refund' button for the claims. Those of you who don't feel the need to have a refund PM me and tell me. Please do go ahead and file the claim JUST IN CASE and I will tell Marie who does not actually need the money refunded so long as the bracelets actually get sent on the 7th or 8th.

If you gusy do PM me, include the email you paid her with. ^^ If you paid with cash or moneyorder and would like just your bracelets, just PM me as she has your sn's with your orders. ^^

Truth be told... I have been unable to get ahold her of, myself. She has shut off her cell phone. *sigh* As soon as I hear something I will tell you guys. ;.; I'm sorry about all this!

I understand that people can get busy with life, but that really does not mean that certain obligations should outweigh others. Especially ones involving other's money. Sure, bracelets are not that important and they are not vital to my life. But receiving something that I paid for is not only necessary for my satisfaction, but necessary for a seller who wants to keep a good reputation. Now if there is something medically wrong, and her health is hindering her from stopping by the post office to ship bracelets then I understand. If that is not the case, I don't see why it is so hard to stop by the post office before heading off to whatever is keeping her so devastatingly busy.

This whole thing is just really irritating, and I just want my bracelets or my money back so I don't have to deal with her anymore.

Syndal_lynn, thanks again. You really didn't have to go through all of this effort because it isn't your responsibility, but you did. I really appreciate it.

 

I have not bought from Meelee, but at one time, I wanted to. I was planning to order some bracelets for one of my future dolls.

That desire is completely gone.

Situations like this really piss me off. It's pathetic that people are having to file Paypal disputes in order to finally get a reaction from her. Her actions are extremely irresponsible.

As Luxury said, if health is the issue, I can understand. But school? I understand that sometimes school can be stressful, but there's certainly enough time to drop by the post office and ship some things. The longest I've ever been at the post office was half an hour, but that's just because there was a ton of confusion and re-waiting in line involved. Usually I'm in and out in at least ten minutes. Yeah... it's totally gonna take precious time out of her day to drop by and ship a few things.

Syndal_lynn, it's very kind and mature of you to be taking this responsibility over. You shouldn't have to be doing that and I know that everyone waiting is really appreciative of the updates.

I hope this all gets solved. And I hope that Meelee doesn't plan on many people buying from her again. 'Caaaause... it probably ain't gonna happen.

I can't thank you enough, Syndal_lynn. You've been so very helpful! I'm just about ready to give up on expecting anything from Meelee. It just bothers me that someone can be so irresponsible.

Anyway. I think I'll pick up some materials and go at trying to make my own jellies. If I'm satisfied with the quality, I'll consider opening up a jelly bracelet shop for those who would like to buy from a reliable seller.

 

You guys are a bunch of great people. I feel like I should make her get your stuff to you all because she is such a good friend of mine. I've been very good friends with her since middle school, she even lived with me for a time. ^^; She's a great person... but like I said. o.o Apparently irreponsible when it comes to sales. ;.; It really upsets me that she'd let her personal life get in the way of this, even though it is somethign so small. She knows just as well as everyone else that money is money no matter how small that amount.

I'll keep tryign to get ahold of her anyway just to make sure she is okay. I very much want you guys to get at least your stuff if not your money back because I feel bad for all of you. ;.; Whether it was 5 or 20 bucks... yeah. Money is money.

Great News!!

I got ahold of her She'll be coming voer to my house tonight and dropping off all of the bracelets and since I have to go to the post office tomorrow anyway, they will be sent out tomorrow by me, personally. ^^

I'm sorry again about the huge wait. ^^;; Marie has turned out to be fine just ultra busy and while that isn't an excuse... At least you guys will get your bracelets now. ^^;;

As for refunds... She's told me that she is absolutly broke. I'm sorry for anyone who wanted refunds. ;.; At the very least you will get what you paid for though, I am sorry if anyone is unhappy in the end.

Aside fromt he service, the bracelets are well-made in my opinion. I have a few myself and they've done great on my girl... who goes everywhere with me. At least you aren't getting any bad product!

You've been nothing but wonderful, and all this time it wasn't your problem, but you wanted to help anyway. I'll always be thankful to you. Simply amazing.

 

Alright guys here's the scoop:

She brought two pakcages with her. One for Sherry and one for Laura (last names omitted for privacy. If htere is more than one Sherry and Laura please PM me with your last name and I will tell you if these are one of your packages!)

I now have them and will be sending them out tomorrow. However, she siad she hasn't finished making the bracelets for the other orders. >< I am SO SORRY to those of you who have to wait longer...

I am not sure what to do about those who have to wait longer. DId anyone file a paypal claim? If not and you want your money back I'd suggest you file now. I don't know if you will get any money as there is none in her account... *sigh*

But she says she is makign the Bracelets on Tuesday and has arranged to drop them off at my job for me to send out on Wednesday. If you gusy are still interested in waiting, I will definatly still send them.

Sherry's and Luara's will be sent tomorrow.

Perhaps if her parents were notified of this they could loan her the money to pay these people back.

Edit: On second reading, I'm not sure if she's in college or high school. If the former, this tactic probably wouldn't work.

And I know, I know. :P I didn't have to do all this but like I said, it makes me feel better to know that good people who paid good money for stuff got their things.

Frankly I can't blame anyone for not wanting to buy from Meelee again. I can't be there all the time. Everyone just be happy knowing that I'm not always around and she won't always have me to fall back on. ^^; She'll learn one day, guys. *hugs*

 

Sher, you may want to consider putting this thread in "The Problem Transactions Index", so people can read up on how much trouble we went through. I'm not sure if I can do it considering I didn't start the thread.

After Luxury everyone will have their refund or their bracelets. Cyn (Who I believe was the last one?) Got her money back via paypal. That was the only person Meelee could afford to refund at the time I jumped on her about it.

So Luxury, I am tryin' hard ot get yoru stuff! I'll call Meelee tomorrow and make sure she made your bracelets. I'll try to get them sent out tomorrow ( if they are made o_o! ) Otherwise look for them to be sent on Thursday.
