I purchased a doll from Marstalas August 8 (and paid for shipping insurance). The doll arrived to me with a finger broken off in shipping. I sent photos of the the damage to Marstalas August 13, and asked them to start an insurance claim and give me a partial refund for the damage. Marstalas told me on September 10 that they would send a partial refund to me, but as of now, in October, I have not received the refund nor have I been able to get a response to my messages since Marstalas has not been on the forum in weeks. Would like to have this resolved as soon as possible, especially since I myself will be on a long camping trip October 13-28 and may not have internet access during that time.
No, as of now I have not received any response from Marstalas nor a refund on Paypal. I'm not sure how to proceed, should I leave a negative feedback and consider the case closed at this point?

Ok, in that case I'll leave it at paging til end of month on benefit of doubt that perhaps Marstalas is unaware the refund never went through. I'll be sure to post here when I give up and leave negative feedback. Thanks!
