Resolved Paging MarlyChu

    1. I'm opening this paging thread to address the sheer lack of communication from MarlyChu for the Soom Cheshire Cat split that I'm participating in, and I suspect there will be other split threads posting here as well. MarlyChu's latest response to posts on our split thread was two weeks ago, after I'd observed that, even with a 4-part layaway, we should be past the 100-day mark for Soom for our order, which was placed last August. MarlyChu had been asked by more than one member of the split to contact Soom about our order, and her latest response at the end of February (25 February) was that she would--in April, after she returned from a previously unmentioned 'holiday' she was taking. At this time it does appear that she posted to Soom's QA asking about the 100-day guarantee, but whatever their response, she's never come back to us.

      This has been more than frustrating for what should be a simple message to and from Soom and post to our thread, and I've sent her multiple PMs and an email, which have gotten no response. I've been made aware of other splits which involve MarlyChu and may also be in question. So I think she needs to come back to Den of Angels well before April and address the split I'm in, and anyone else who may feel the need to post here.       I have been in touch with Soom myself, and while they of course cannot give me details, they've indicated that our order is still on layaway, which is a different phraseology than 'that order is paid off'.

      So this thread can be closed when MarlyChu comes back and provides a screenshot showing that the payment or payments for the Cheshire Cat split are completed, or explains why they are not, to allow us to deal with that. She will also need to let us know Soom's response to the question of shipping, if the order was paid on-schedule.

    2. I am joining this paging thread, as I am a participant in another one of MarlyChu's splits, for a Soom Migma Red Queen.

      I also posted on Soom's Q&A board about my order, and I got the same reply from Soom as heidipay did: That they couldn't give me any details because I am not the person who placed the order, but that "the order is still on layaway" (Soom's exact words).

      I have PM'd MarlyChu with no response, since she has not been on the board. I emailed her on March 6th and got a very quick response. She said that the dolls are paid off, and that she would post on Soom's Q&A board on Monday because she was out of town for the weekend. I asked for her username on Soom, and she informed me it is Kaathas. It does not appear that she has posted on the Q&A board on Monday or since then.

      I emailed her again yesterday (3-11) and have not received a response.

      All I got was a pair of hands from the white skin Cheshire. I know it's not much, but I'd like to have my items.

I hate being on DoA on my phone, but I will give you guys the choice, I will be messageing soom as soon as I get home tonight and asking if I can finish the layaways. If I can do so, you have the choice to be able to take the items still if you like, or get a refund.

      Sorry about all of this happening you guys! I've been busy with work and didn't have time to really think if the payments went thought or not, I uesally don't even get the emails saying that they do.

    9. It's good to hear from you! It would be great if you'd be able to log in, check, and let us know details on how many payments are left to go on the orders you have--was there a problem with one payment? Or an overriding problem you've been having with payments? I think it would help people's decisions if you let us know how long each order has to pay off--you could do a screen capture of each layaway page to show number of payments paid/left, for example. Definitely check with Soom, as Victoria didn't seem to think everything was cancelled when we were posting to her.

      I'm inclined toward a refund myself, but I'd like to know where things stand with Soom first, and thanks again for getting to us quickly, we just need you to stay in contact.

I believe Victoria's willing to work with you, so please let us know what they have to say, and of course that's likely to be next week, but I'm happy to know where things stand with the order at this point. :)

    12. I don't understand how you didn't notice payments weren't going through any time you'd go on to pay for the next month's payment when it was due. Did you not get emails that say a payment has been sent? You know, the one PayPal sends to the email you use for the PayPal account?
      Something just seems fishy... :/

      I am disappointed that 4 months after it should have been paid off - it shows very little active checking, problem solving with Soom.
       
    17. I'm still confused. You would have noticed the Check Out button still being enabled on the orders you'd made. I do Layaway payments regularly with Soom, and it's the one thing I obsess about, I check to ensure the money's out of PayPal properly, the button's removed/changed. Admittedly, as long as these events occur I don't check with Soom every month, but the system's extremely reliable. So you didn't notice that the Check Out button still being there every time? I marvel that the order hasn't been cancelled since being placed in August, but if you were using the Layaway page, I can't quite see how you would've missed it.


      Now, I notice you still haven't posted on Soom's QA, and that's disappointing, I'm hoping to see you do so before the weekend's out. The sooner you do, the sooner Soom can come back and discuss the order or orders as needed with you. We need to know, if you're keeping up with these orders, what the payment plan's going to be, as you should still have money to complete the payments from us at least--or money to do the refunds, alternatively. Are you intending to complete the payments all at once, or to try to resume the layaway? That will depend on what Soom says of course, and that depends on asking them.


      I need further action from you to be able to continue with my part in the Cheshire split, otherwise I will also ask for a refund.

    18. I actually do not use the Soom website to send payments since it doesn't work right on my phone, and I actually pay Soom as soon as I wake up (as long as bills)

      But, I did just put a message up in the Q&A. Sorry for the wait, I had a long day at work yesterday. I actually planned on doing it last night, but I was at work till 9:30, trying ti help a customer and get a safe open (Ugh, safes.)

      As soon as I get Victoria's answer, I will be posting it here. And what I told her was that I would be giving her a time of the payments and how much they will be.

      elisa_maza: March 21st will be payed part of her payment, and the other one will be April 4th.

      Pixie-Pan: Has asked for a refund, will be send on March 21st.

      Elf-Ears: will be payed off March 21st

      Once I get a responce from Victoria I will update this with the payment plan, as well as how much will be going into the payments each time. Now for those of you who stay in the layaway with me, to make sure that I know the payments go though, I will be doing it via my computer and I will be forewarding the emails to you all too.
       
    19. I see, I have no experience about paying for things from Soom on my phone, but I find it odd you've never once logged in to confirm payments on the actual website. But so be it, you will from now on.


      I'm also concerned that you said you just put a message up on the QA, and this was yesterday as I read your message, but I go over to Soom's website and I see no message posted from Kaathas, which I believe is your Soom user ID. What is your Soom user ID, if not Kaathas? I'd like to know so I can see you post in the QA board. You may feel this is too much, but as you can see, there are multiple splits you're hosting that are in confusion, and I think it's fair we know when you post.


      I can appreciate working long/hard hours--I work long and hard for my money as well (I'm sure we all do), and I want to ensure that it's not in vain, just like you.


      At this point, I'm looking forward to seeing what your Soom account is that you're contacting Victoria with, and hearing her response to your post. If they do not agree to a revised layaway schedule and want to be paid all at once, please let us know.

    21. You have, but notice Soom hasn't posted a response to anyone on the old QA since June of last year? Please try the actual QA in a different browser; I would recommend IE, as I'm able to post there without issue and have 2-3 times in the last couple of weeks, but try browsers until one works. Do not just do this from your phone, but log onto an actual computer to post.

      Now, I am away for all of april, (yay and boooooooooo) but after I have my ticket for Japan payed for in May, I will be putting money towards the layaway, I plan to have it finished by the end of June, since I will be putting my commision paycheck at the end of may towards that (Which will be $700 :D) then after rent and bills in July I will be paying off the last $300!!!

      Now since it has come to this as well, I will be shipping out with the Canadain UPS (Purolator, but they work with UPS in the states) and like I have said to most of you at this time, I will be offering $20 off, but if we do not get the dolls till I come back from Japan (September) I will be offering $40 off shipping, and shipping with them is about 3-4 days :). Also, I will be including some candy from Japan as well as a apology of how sorry I am that this has happen!

      Also, I don't know if this is aloud, but I could even toss in some doll clothes or something too, since well. Japan!

      I waited a full day to see if I could be less angry when I wrote this.


      So your plan is to, now that you know the order is miraculously not cancelled, to make us wait a full year or more for the items we've split with you? How is this rational or fair? So you're spending your money on multiple vacations/trips during this time, essentially with our money, and Soom is waiting patiently for you to pay off something that should've been paid off long ago, and you think it's great that we get to wait another half-year or more to maybe get our stuff? If you come back from your trips by September, and all that? May I point out that this is 6 MONTHS AWAY?


      Now, for the record, you're telling us you intend to be unavailable for months at a time during all this, and these splits will be paid off in July, which is 11 months after the order was placed. So that's when the 100-day wait starts, you realize. So it could be as late as November of 2014 when the order could ship--to you. Then you have to turn around and actually send things out to the rest of us, adding on even more time. But hey, if it ships before September, you won't even be in the country to get the order. Awesome.


      In what world do you think this is something we should be happy about, that you're actually continuing to put us dead last on your list of priorities, and that includes taking trips around the world? I'm deeply offended that you're being so cavalier about this. And offering me candy and clothes? In case you hadn't remembered, clothes are what I'm in this split for in the first place.


      If this is the plan you're sticking to, I'm not sticking around, I will want a full refund for my part in the Cheshire Cat split, and I don't want to wait months to get the money back. I don't know if you're capable of empathy, but I suspect you wouldn't be thrilled to be treated this way--which I am not. You're sorry this has happened? Prove it by showing this actually matters to you instead of pushing off your financial obligation that should've been completed last November to next July. Or, I suspect, later--something else will always sneak in ahead of this, I suspect, based on the situation to date.

      I will be doing a $700 payment on May 30th

      Then on June 27th I will be putting hte remaining amount of $300 on the layaway, and it will be finished.

      None of this it'll be finished in July.

      I will be showing payment emils from paypal as well, and it will be done on my cimputer.

      For those who want to stay, you can and if you do not see the first email by the end of May I will refund you all 100% I will see if I can find some one to send the items out if the dolls come in while I'm in Japan.
       
    30. Something still doesn't add up. I've done the math and we would have sent you at least $421.60 before shipping, plus whatever each person paid for shipping, yet only $341 has been sent to Soom? Just don't get it.. :(

    35. I'm utterly thrilled for everyone who's gotten a refund and no longer has to be involved in this. :)

      To start out, Marly, we all work within our budgets. If you were unable to handle the unforeseen with regard to these splits, you shouldn't have undertaken them. To be clear, if you had only been responsive all the way through on this, I'd actually have continued to be accomodating with you. I'm quite reasonable, but your stories don't line up, and haven't for a while. So I don't feel sorry for you because you have to live within your means. We all do that (and most of us budget so we'd notice hundreds of extra dollars being available to us unexpectedly), and clearly, you don't feel sorry for me, a person whose money you've taken.

      So the person you can blame for saying July is you, not me. Just to be clear, we're all following what you say, not making it up as we go along.

      Thirdly, that's a very valid point, you'd clearly given even less to Soom than you had been paid. And you didn't intend to even send on the remainder of our money--because it's clear you've spent, or intend to spend, it on things for you (like a trip to Japan, your rent, your bills), before you honor your commitment to our split. You may stick to the 'I didn't notice the payments weren't made for months' scenario, but honestly, when we were asking you about this months ago and you said you'd contact Soom and you didn't, that's when you lost my trust in you, and credibility. Your actions are either those of someone who just didn't care about the people in the split with her, or someone who knew there was an enormous problem, but wanted to put those problems off while she planned nice trips for herself. We didn't deserve the truth from you, one way or the other.

      Now, it's genuinely wonderful that you've done two refunds and one partial refund so far, but the fact remains that you need to either give me a refund as well, as I asked above, or adjust your layaway payment plans to get that done quickly. Your response from Soom contains no agreement that Soom is going to wait another two months before even seeing any of the remaining payments, or longer before the layaway's done. I'm sure they won't be patient for you forever, anymore than we will--or should be. You've been given more than enough concessions at this point, no matter your thoughts on the matter about who's the victim and who's to blame here. You had months to message Soom, and didn't, even when we asked you to repeatedly. You had months to log in and go to your Orders page and see that the order wasn't listing as paid. You didn't. None of us made you do that, or did that to you. That was you.

      Fourth, you've said you're looking into the discrepency in payment--where? With whom? You haven't messaged Soom again. Are you checking with PayPal? What are you doing over there financially? Are you even attempting to work on a budget beyond a bundle of money in May and the rest in June, or are you still putting your personal matters, bills, and of course trips, ahead of anything you owe to us?

      In closing, I got a shipping notice from Soom a couple of days ago, for a doll I ordered, on layaway, in November, after our split was supposed to have been completed. A doll, ordered, paid off, and shipped in the time we've been waiting for you to come clean with us about your split. So that's the capper for me, personally. And the funny part was, I was even willing, at one point, to take more responsiblity in this split than I had committed to initially, if you'd run into issues. If you'd been honest in the split thread, I actually would've helped you, but I wouldn't be able to trust you enough to do that now.

      What do I want now?
      1) Confirmation from Soom that they are happy and agreeable with your 'new' layaway schedule--not that we have any proof you will keep to that plan at this point, in all honesty. You said in your post you'd be giving them new dates--I haven't seen your post to them subsequently with that information, or that they think that's swell.
      2) I want a new commitment from you that you'll be at least in weekly contact with us, even when you're on your first vacation next month, through to the end of this split. Any changes in you, the timeline, your life, your plans at all, need to be communicated in advance. No surprises of any kind.

      If you aren't able to do this, then please refund me at once.

    36. I have said before for those who want a refund that they /need/ to PM me or email, and you have done neither so I have assumed that you wanted to vontiune the layaway with me. I have given you guys the dates, now I have just left a message to soom on the Q&A.

      I was also going to wait till Victoria gets back from her vacation since the board will be over welmed with questions, but as soon as I get a answer.

      Now, I have stated as well before if you have read it, I will be sending the paypal confirmation emails to those who stay for the rest of this.

      And weekly contact? What in gods name do you want me to say?! "Oh, I had this for lunch today, and look still no payment 8D"? And at this point, between going for 'holidays' next month, and Japan, nothing will happen unless I have a family member pass away. I do not agree on the last once, since you have the dates and the information of me sending the paypal emails to you all. I'm sorry, I just don't have the time to be on DoA all the time. If it worked better on my phone I would be.

    37. I don't understand why you're waiting more than two months to make some sort of payment to Soom. I have bills and rent to pay, and I'm a part time, minimum wage employee AND a full time student, AND have a split I myself am running and still make sure I make payments on time, when they need to be paid. It just doesn't make sense. :/ Even if it's $20, you need to be sending money to Soom for this split. I'm actually very surprised they're letting you continue payments, because this is well OVER six months that any sort of payment has been made. I'm very surprised they didn't cancel the order.
       
    38. I can spare $20 onto the layaway, but to get into the states you have to at least have $100 for each day you are in that country. As well, I will be spending time with family and away from work, that is the.largest problem I will not have income for my first paycheck in May. The one after that goes to rent, and just because you are a student and working part time and can do all of this every pay check is awesome, but I cannot do that. Rent in my home town is over $1600 a month with just rent, power and water. That doesn't include phone bills, credit cards or transportation. Cost of living in this town is retarded high, and truthfully I don't make all that much, I can barely pay rent some months. But I am leaving that out of this and trying to get this done as soon as I can.

      What I would like to know, however, is where is the money that should have been going to Soom? How did you not notice you had extra funds, when you claim you have such low funds and income? I mean, come on... it doesn't really add up hon.
      First paycheck in May? I thought you said you only get one paycheck a month? What you're telling us keeps being inconsistent with one another.

      said that I get played once a month. Bills and living come first. And when I started this layaway I was still live o my at home.

      And really, the answer is easy. Over spending. I am also not saying I have low income, I make a great amount monthly, I'm saying that cost of livng costs a arm and a leg in this town and unless you are a rigpig you can barely live by your self.

      Cost of living in Canada and such is pretty irrelevant to discuss. I'm personally very confused about why anyone would need $100/day to vacation in the US, especially if they're staying with family. But in the end, the real issue is whether MarlyChu's handling of other people's money was criminal, or simply incredibly careless. And as much as that is immensely frustrating, it can't be proven either way so it is a moot point.

      What needs to happen now is what heidipay said: Communication. MarlyChu, you must be aware at this point that even though you might not agree with weekly updates or a screenshot of every single message to and from Soom, it is what the majority wants; and as an adult handling other adults' money, you have to comply if you want to keep this matter on the side of legality. It does not matter what you post, even if it is about lunch. What matters is that you make an effort, and prove that you are determined to finish this mess to everyone's satisfaction.

      I am sorry to say that "everyone" does not include you. You are the one who messed up - no one else is at fault. You are the one who has caused harm. And you are the only one in a position to resolve the situation. It does not matter whether it was by accident or not. Fact is, you messed up and you need to put your own opinions and preferences on the backburner until everyone who has been harmed by you is satisfied. That means making this a PRIORITY. People are getting upset with you because you are not showing that you understand how serious this situation is.

      I understand paying for rent and food. But anything is better than nothing. If you don't commit to ANY sort of payment to Soom starting RIGHT NOW, then there will always be a next thing and a next thing preventing you from doing so.

      And a vacation to the US or Japan is no excuse whatsoever for a lack of communication, neither to us nor to Soom. None. There is internet everywhere. If you are visiting family, one of them has a computer. If not, there are public libraries. And internet cafes in Japan are like Starbucks. The impression you're giving when you say you "can't" contact anyone while you're on vacation is that you don't want to, and that is why people are angry, because that is not okay.

      If it will help with keeping track, someone could draw up a schedule for you with exact dates for posts to DoA, posts to Soom, refunds, etc.. Would that help?
       
    43. I have agreed to receive the items and handle shipping them out. I go to the post office regularly, so it won't be a problem for me to get things sent out. To anyone who is still on board and receiving items, please message me to let me know what parts you are getting.
       
    44. I have just received my refund. I think it would be best if we stop the blame game and focus on making sure everything is cleared up and on track from now on.
       
    45. No I am saying that legally to be in the states, that's what you have to have despite being with family. Every country makes you have a certain amount of money for entrance, know like I said I didn't mean for all of this to happen... it was a accident, look at all the other layaway I have done they have been played and dealt with quickly, I have don't nothing criminally, and if I have, none. Literally none of that money would have gone to doing th layaway. Like I have stated before it was all something wrong with my phone, and I will be fixing that.

      And really it's not that I want to, its that while in the state's I will not being going on or around the internet, none of our family will be bringing computers or using cellphones. And we will not be in the hotel, and even if we did they charge for the use of the computer. I am.also saying that it is slightly pointless since I have been told by my company that I can't take time off between trips unless it is for family emergencies.

      I will be in contact when I make the payments, and they will be emailed to every one who is staying in the split.

      And really cost of living.does factor in, it means how much money at a time I can put towards the layaway, and like I have said several times the dats are my last payday in May and the first one in April.

      But like I said before it has been dealt with and will be dealt with.
       
    46. I have fantastic news for you, Marly. :) I'm able to help you out. Surprise! I've been waiting for just the right moment to tell you that I actually am a Canadian, living and working legally in the US. I have so much experience crossing the border both for legitimate work purposes and for vacation/leisure, that I'm quite familiar with the process. :)

      Among other sites. I can assure you I've successfully crossed the Canadian/US border more times than I can probably count, and not once in all those times have I ever been asked whether I have $100 for each day I'm here, though they occasionally do like to see that you have 'financial support' for your visit, this can be as straightforward as a credit card you intend to use, it can be any number of things, including staying with your family down here, despite what you say. Each person in the car or flying on the plane doesn't need to have $100 a day (for 3-4 people staying a month, that would actually get you close to the $10000 'what are you up to' limit--actually these days they start to get curious in an ominous way if you're traveling with more than $5000).

      The border officials are much more interested in your passport and any visas you have, if you're visiting they typically will ask for proof of residence in Canada (so they know you aren't trying to cross over to work illegally) and what goods you're bringing into the country. So you can take some of that $100 a day you've saved up and put that toward the split. If you're going for weeks, that's thousands of dollars at your disposal, at $100 a day. Whew! Unless you'd intended all along to spend that much per day on your own while on your trip, which is a higher priority to you than your obligation to us. See how helpful this has been?

      Now that's cleared up, just to add, I've sent you multiple PMs. I have emailed you. You have never responded to me through either venue. Why would I do the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result? So not to be petty, but ignoring my contacts and then telling me I didn't contact you? Not truthful. This doesn't make me trust you. I opened this paging thread so this matter would be handled in the thread.

      So at this point I want to see proof that you've changed the address to Yukamina (a huge thank-you to Yukamina), but I absolutely don't want her personal info splattered all over the thread, so if you've sent that proof in a screenshot to her, and she posts here that she's seen that, I'll accept that from her--I have no reason not to. But I still do want proof posted on here that Soom is willing to wait until the end of May for the split to proceed and that they like and accept your May and June payment timeframe--assuming you're sticking with that. So I'm thrilled to see you've finally posted up to Soom again--waiting until Victoria is back is impractical, as you need to get your question queued up quickly so it's answered quickly. Since you're absolutely determined not to have any computer contact while in the US for even a minute, we need this all wrapped up before you're gone. And what date will your last contact be before travelling to the US, incidentally?

I don't remember ever getting a email from you, and the reason I did say that about the money is because I actually got stopped by the boarder patrol while going both on holidays and coming back and they did tell me in order to be aloid into the country I have to have at least $100 a day, but that is good to know. I will remember that for the future.

I've asked for a refund repeatedly in this thread, and haven't gotten one, but then I also started the paging thread that got Marly to be responsive for the first time in weeks, so that's likely it. I want this dealt with in the paging thread, as she's never responded to me through any other method I've tried. It's why I opened the thread. I am happy to PM her my PayPal email for the refund, if she has lost that.

      Since I haven't gotten a refund, and Marly may be incapable of financing one before she goes to New Mexico next month for whatever reason, I've asked for her to confirm with Soom that the layaway schedule she has laid out for us, which is $700 at the end of May and the remainder at the end of June, is agreeable with them. Clearly, from the screenshot she took and posted here (thank-you), she hasn't asked that of Soom on 23 March, but has asked that they change the address for shipping the doll that has yet to be paid off. That's great, but it's also putting the cart before the horse. If Soom doesn't allow her to pay that doll off, there will be nothing to ship. I note that she's made another QA post today (24 March), and I can only hope it contains a request for Soom to confirm her payment plans, I look forward to a screen of this and both Soom's responses when Victoria returns.

      Just to be clear, saying you're 'taking a long Hiatus from the hobby' after your vacation in April, and that you seemingly intend to spend your money in May on your 'dream trip' and rent instead of honoring the obligation you made to us last August, over 8 months ago--or even the commitment you made earlier in this thread--is why this thread was opened. This is why I lack trust in Marly. Taking people's money for an agreed-upon purpose and then running off and leaving them with nothing is not legal.

      So yeah, again, I'd prefer to have a refund. $170.80, and I covered PayPal fees. I want it before she takes her 'long Hiatus' as well, so before her return from New Mexico in April, which is 24 April 2014.

      You never said you would pay a cent on this layaway in May. I am basing my conclusions on what you say, and what you don't say, and in this case, what you said when you thought no one from DOA was looking. :)

Interesting, since you didn't respond to any of them. My email was sent, I cc'd myself. So I got it...and you'll say you didn't, and I'll say I did, and so on.       2) I've asked for a refund in this thread. That's why the thread was opened. So you would respond. You did. If you'd answered my PMs or my email, I wouldn't have opened the thread. After opening a paging thread, I have no obligation to communicate only via PM or email with you, the resolution takes place in the thread. That's why it exists.

      So I can PM you my email address for the full refund, maybe you'll get that...I'll set a read receipt on that as well. But, when exactly will I be getting it? You're taking two trips this year (at least), so which 'return home' do you refer to? Post-Japan, which would be over a year since I sent money to you, incidentally? Or post-New Mexico? I want a date for the refund. You've done that for everyone else involved, that's not unreasonable at all, and I will hold you to it. Nothing that's happened in this thread legally entitles you to keep my money for you own purposes, you are still responsible, accident with your phone or not.

      Oh, and in Soom's responses, they have never, that I've seen, explicitly agreed to your paying them over two months from now, and the rest being paid at the end of June. If Victoria had agreed to that specific payment plan, if you had posted that, and I missed it, I sincerely apologize for missing it. If I missed it. But at this point, after you called the people in this paging thread a rather unpleasant name in your Tumblr post, I want my refund. :)

    57. Unfortunately, I want this white skinned head, and if I lose it in this split, I don't think I'll ever get my hands on one. Though, I'm really not pleased, I will stay in the split and wait to receive it. Though, I would like payment updates, like Marly said she would give. And I would also like to see SOOM's response to your Q&A posts.

      I also have a question, you have two splits like this? One red queen and one Cheshire Cat? Are they all the same layaway? Are you changing the address on both, or has one been canceled? I'm asking because Yakumina doesn't seem to be part of our original split, and I might have missed the part where it was said that they are all part of the same layaway.

      And that quote is true, AND I will be putting money on the doll, as I get three pay days in April. Like most people that work in retail I get payed every two weeks. So it isn't a lie at all.

      I am not calling /anyone/ specifically any names in this thread either.

      And once again, not the end of June if you read I said that my next pay after the $700 one will be payed off, so it will be before the end, the second week of June.

      Also, like I have said SEVERAL times, and the others have done (I don't see how hard it is for you to listen to what I have said) To get your refund PM or email me with you Paypal infromation. But at this point I have YET to get any of that information.

      And really, to think that I knew now one from DoA was looking is utterally retarded, I know people from DoA have tumblr. I knew people were going to see it, thats why I put it on there.
