Resolved Paging Maiya

I really hate to do this, but I have been having trouble getting in touch with Maiya. She has not responded since January 3 to the few messages I have sent her on here nor the message I sent on Instagram last week.

Back in November of 2018, I started a commission for a faceup for my Volks Syo head. I sent her inspiration photos of what I wanted the faceup to look to be and she agreed she could do something very similar for me!

We had great contact, but I figured I would post our timeline, just in case~

On November 7th, the head arrived, but I did have to make sure she got the head. I sent the faceup fee to her as well, once she got the head, and paid the full $65 to her on the 8th.

From there I didn't hear of her again until I sent a message on December 27th, where she sent me with the first rough draft of the faceup. I explained the changes I wanted done to the faceup done and sent a lengthy message explaining them all, to help clear up anything she may not have gotten the first time.

January 3rd was another updated photo and the last contact she sent to me.
Since I felt the faceup was still very unlike my original wishes that she agreed she could do, I spent a bit more time researching visual aids to further explain any and all specifics that I wanted done on Syo (to get her closer to the original inspiration and style we agreed upon before I sent Syo to her). Sent a huge message with tons of explaining and MORE pics, down to exact details - some even of her work -, of what needed changed.

Sadly this got no reply. So I decided it was best that I sent another message on the 20 of January. After this didn't get any other reply, I waited a bit before deciding to message her outside of DoA, just in case.

I sent Maiya a message on IG 6 days ago, but sadly that has not gotten a reply from her either.

I am growing a bit concerned about Maiya and the situation. I want to make sure she is okay!

Maiya has finally replied to me. She just said it has been raining, so it was hard for her to get in time to work.

I guess the matter of her replying to me this time is closed.. hopefully she will keep up timely communication this time, but we will see!

 

After asking for clearer photos to see if any changes were needed and just a general better update of what Syo looked like, along with expressing my unease about how long it may take to get Syo done before approving her for final touches.. Maiya has decided just to wipe my Syo and return her to me.

Once Syo is back in my hands, I will ask this thread to be closed.

I apologize greatly. It appears my phone has been having issues and my message never went to Maiya to confirm I got Syo.. (I have been having other problems as well with calls and texting troubles).

I take full fault in forgetting to write here to please close this thread. I truly apologize on my forgetfulness on this section and making sure that my message went to Maiya. Syo is back home and safe in my hands. I have the refund. I consider this problem with Maiya resolved.
