Negative Feedback Paging Lynsey

I commissioned Lynsey to paint a head of mine back in July. Lynsey received the head on July 28th and completed the faceup on October 27th and I sent payment for the faceup + shipping fees on October 29th.

Lynsey confirmed receipt of payment on Nov 3rd and promised to ship the next day. A few days later after I didnt hear back from them, I sent them a PM (Nov 8th) and another PM a week later 15th Nov).

Lynsey got back to me on Nov 21th saying that they have not ship my head out (almost 3 weeks later after they said they would) Lynsey promised to ship the next day which would be Nov 22nd and would provide me with a tracking no. I havent hear back from them since. (I sent a follow up PM on Nov 27th.)

I would like to know if Lynsey has ship out my head or not, as it is almost a month since they said the head would be shipped out. I would like to get the head as soon as possible as holiday season is closing in and we all know how crazy postal gets during this time.

 

I have not heard back from Lynsey since 21st Nov and no package either.

 

I still have not receive any contact from Lynsey.

 

Update: Lyseny said that the package was shipped on 21st Nov but I still have not receive the package and Lynsey is unable to provide a tracking no for me to check where the package is currently.

 

I have just received the head today, which is godsend because Lynsey wasn't able find/retrieve the receipt/tracking no.

To clarify, Lynsey said they sent a partial refund (and would reimburse me the full amount if I did not receive the head in 2 weeks from Dec 24th) but I did not receive any partial refund or any sort of compensation from Lynsey.
