Resolved Paging LisaMarie

    1. I'm affraid that is the only way to bring this user's atterntion to the problem.

      On June 18th I contacted @LisaMarie on their selling thread about Iplehouse SID woman body. The communication was great and fast, we agreed on two months layaway (for within the time period of 1,5 months), I asked for shipping that will turn into EMS outside of USA, and I made a first payment. My second payment came earlier then we both thought and I actually covered the rest of the sum including shipping in onrder to ger the doll body quicker.

      After that the problems with communication began. LisaMarie came back within 1 day thirst and said she will send the doll in one or two days. We again spoke about shipping and I said that if the shipping I chose isnt EMS, I'm happy to cover the additional cost. That was July 6th. They didnt come back to me within the promised time so I DMed again, and we spoke again next day, (there were some personal problem, so I was understanding about it) and we spoke again about shipping and I got the tracking number. That was Saturday, 9th of July. The shipping status was following: "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". I but and sell to US and from US for many many years and I'm famialiar with the statuses. The tracking however wasnt EMS as I asked, itt was 1st class.

      Since it was Saturday I was expecting the shipping label to update on Monday (Tuesday the latest), and wasnt worried at all. It is now end of the week, the tracking isnt even registered in my countries postal system, the tracking hasnt changed and wasnt updated. I kept on DMing user about it and there was no reply. What worries me is that while I was paying money the communication was fast and promt, the moment I finished the problems began. I can understand people having problems, all I wanted to know if the package was shipped at all or not (because it wasnt, it was just a label bought that's it), and when exactly shall I expect it to be sent. No anwer. I emailed LiaMarie, no answer yet. The lack of communication worries me a lot.

      I really want LisaMarie to reply to me, give the me tracking number that actually works, or if the package wasnt sent give me the refund of the price of the body. I will have to open Paypal claim if I wont get reply by Monday.

    3. LisaMarie contacted me and promised to look into this and verify with the shipper. I'm waiting for the information now. I will keep this thread updated.
       
    4. Updating: LisaMarie didn't come back to me "shortly" after her promise and I didn't get any updates from her. Tracking however updated itself - I finally got notification from USPS. It's not EMS, it is a first class mail that isn't what I asked for.
       
    5. LisaMarie came back and said that there was a shortage of supplies for shipping, she sent the doll by UPS and then that it somehow ended in USPS?.. and that it will convert into EMS after it leaves the country. I don't understand this to be honest, all I can see that the package is moving within USPS and it's 1st class shipping. It can't be converted into EMS, because EMS numbers begin with E and not C, U or R. My tracking begins with C. I shipped and received enough packages from US to know.

      I would like to keep this thread open untill the package arrives if possible.
       
    6. Update: the body arrived, as a regular airmail, not EMS. The body arrived safely, I no longer have an issue, so I consider this as resolved.
