Paging Lillykitten regarding various orders and a split

    1. I really wish I didn't have to do this.

      Last contact with Lillykitten was in March.
      I sent a PM asking for an update 04-16-2011
      No response
      Another PM was sent forwarding the previous email asking for a response 05-03-2011
      No response
      During these time Lillykitten has been online so I'm not sure if it's PMs to left sock world or if they are just being ignored.
      I sent another PM asking for a respone with a complete update on the following items by Friday 13th May, 2011 or Paging Thread detailing these outstanding transactions will be launched...and it will remain unresolved until I receive the ordered goods/Complete refund or some of the goods plus remaining funds refunded.

      Lillykitten was last on DoA 05-09-2011...yes that was before my last PM I know, but I stick to my word.

      I wasn't happy to hear Shelbelly's post was deleted. She was acting under my request to make sure people knew I now knew and would post when I had the first opportunity. I was doing a night shift directing trains, I hardly had the opportunity to act at once- it's pretty bloody bad karma to let trains crash because you're chatting on a forum. It was out of simple politeness and I hardly thing it was "irrelevant"

    7. After a postage kerfuffle
      I have nearly all items received.
      Items missing:
      Dikadoll 1/3 Male Hand Parts A - normal YS x 1 (Full Price: $79USD)
      DollZone Boots s70-011 ($23.00USD)

      Also received wrong Halloween outfit...
      Did received a pair of fisted hands, pair of "ok" hands and a pair of "L" hands

      Now awaiting reply to this issue

    8. I dont know if this is the right place to do this but im at a bit of a loss right now.
      me and my mum purchased a doll from lillykitten a while back and when we received him were told that his wig was the wrong one so it would be sent to us when it arrived. I then entered into a swap in the marketplace and happened to be partnered with lillykitten who lives in the same state as me. after several issues with not getting posted we agreed upon meeting in person at the next meetup to hand it over personally with the wig for the afore mentioned doll. she forgot to bring it and promised to send it the very next day. I am yet to receive the wig or the swap stuff. Im not worried about the swap stuff but my mum paid for the wig over a year ago now and still nothing. I have PM'ed lillykitten several times now without a response and allthough it pains me to do this I would like to have the transaction completed.

    11. LOL koolcat_23 it is not looking good is it.

      Last communication I had was on the 8th July which was an email from her mother explaining that our agent (her daughter)
      and that she was confused by all the messages left by Lillykitten.
      I responded on the same day that I understood her confusion and would wait until the return of Lillykitten.

      I'm feeling less and less confident now days as this has really been dragging on with the excuses always being about everything but Indollgence/Lillykitten's fault.

      I do not want to really go on...but when I look at the documentation of dealing with Indollgence (dates, records and emails) it really seems like a farce.

      Part of me wants to write off the amount but considering Indollgence is the Australian Agent for a lot of companies whose products I love it really annoys me

    12. well she lives 2 hours from me and regularly attends meets as well as the upcoming doll market here in which indollgence and I both have stalls so I think I will simply be confronting her face to face about it.

    18. Not sure if I should be posting in here, so please forgive me if its wrong.

      Everything about Indollgence has been linked to here and i thought I'd put in my two cents.

      I ordered a doll in May of this year through the Indollgence site and the contact was great. Until I got notice that my doll was in the country. I knew it'd take a while for the doll, the company having been swamped with orders apparently.

      Now Natalie, the person I was flicking emails between, hasn't answered anything for about 1month. I'd chalked it up to email failure, Natalie stating that a roommate had moved in and knocked out the LAN line the last time she was late in replying to an email.

      But I'd ordered another doll from another company during a time when they'd JUST re-opened the site and I have that doll with me.

      So I'm going to stalk this thread to see what's going on, if I may.
